“Robert from NZ-Tourism Tours was so helpful and responded to my questions in a prompt manner. We booked the Kirra 9 day South Island tour and we had an awesome time. It was my 79 year old mother’s first overseas trip. Our driver/tour guide Ian was very knowledgable and personable -he really looked after us. The accommodation was great, the food was good, and the places we visited were breathtaking. I highly recommend NZ-Tourism Tours.”

“We have had the pleasure of crossing paths with JP a few times but we finally got to work closely together for the IKEA Opening. JP is absolutely fantastic and really got the crowd working and people laughing. He's got a marvellously funny energy and brought so much magic and joy to the people waiting in queue, and then roamed about instore with his lights. Would highly recommend you grab him while he's available as a magician, circus performer, balloon artist- basically a jack of all trades for your next event!! Can't wait to work together again JP- you made the long hours sooooooo fun and jept us entertained too!!”
“Great Day. George had us in the zone and on good fish from the first drop. Plus teed up filleting for arrival back at the dock with Kai Ika in Westhaven. Can’t recommend more.”
“Jake has been great this week - super helpful during the refresher dive as part of my ReActivate course and great fun as our skipper for a day of boat dives, along with instructor Jack who was also really fun and friendly. Highly recommend the dive shop and especially the boat day, as it was great to see more of Waiheke. Adam and the whole team were lovely when I was emailing from the UK arranging my dives and have been helpful and patient with me given it’s been a while since I’ve dived.”
“Great work Very professional adviser Thanks Pilar”
“Eddie gave us an excellent, informative, and fun tour of Auckland on very comfortable and easy to ride bikes. It was a glorious day and the sights were stunning. Cycling is such a great way to see a place - you get a sense of scale that other tours don't give you. I couldn't recommend this company or the Inner Loop tour highly enough - don't miss it if you're in Auckland.”
“Very happy with the service Asshish provides, his professionalism and prompt responses make him stand out from other agents, he has helped me multiple times and now I only book through him as the fares work out to be much cheaper and it is more convenient.”
“The restaurant Troy completely exceeded my expectations! The chef truly deserves special praise. The service in the Restaurant was friendly and professional I feel very welcome there. This is genuine à la carte dining at a high level, with fair prices and absolutely no compromises on quality.”
“Onboard Visa Services provided excellent assistance with my onshore student visa process. The team demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and strong knowledge of immigration procedures. Their guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and efficient visa support in New Zealand.”
“I’m a student from South Korea. I have many questions about a work visa and a student visa. They search for the best ways for me. They are kind, professional.”
“Craig is a brilliant travel agent. He is extremely well travelled and therefore his recommendations are mostly always on personal experience. We recently had an issue with a tour company and Craig was right there until the end sorting the issues for us ending with a great result. I strongly recommend Craig and use him everytime we travel.”
“We were met by our tour guide, Anna, in the lobby of the hotel. We are a family of 4 and had a short time in the city of Auckland and wanted to make sure we saw the highlights and learned about the history, culture, food, etc. We immediately hit it off with Anna. She is so personable and relatable! After we headed out — Anna had a great tempo for our tour, leaving time for questions and exploration. Our tour was booked as a 3-hour private sightseeing walk. She shared the historical sights of the harbor, the key stories and historical activities that have shaped Auckland to be what it is today, and what we all appreciated the most were the things she pointed out to see that we never would have noticed ourselves while out exploring. There was a planned stop at two of the favorite local spots to sample coffee and chocolates which gave a nice rest break and time for reflection and discussion at what we had already seen and what we were about to see. The tour was a mix of the harbor, the town, history, culture— it was not strenuous yet still a good pace and very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!”
“One of my favorite studios in NZ! Lots of height, plenty of parking, and cool community and vibes.”
“Our company joined a Terra & Tide tour on Waiheke Island and absolutely loved it! Justine and Dell were fantastic guides who made the journey fun and insightful, helping us connect with the local community. The sailing with Bruce and his wife was a highlight their hospitality, delicious salmon, coffee, tea, and treats made us feel so welcome. It didn’t feel like just a tour, but more like being looked after by family. Highly recommend Terra & Tide for an authentic and unforgettable Waiheke experience!”
