A group of young chaps manning the store this Sunday. Super helpful and efficient getting our passport photos done. Great service guys - hope they are re-homing you at another store with the shut down, WS should keep hold of good workers like you!
Hope they do not close this store. Been coming to the belfast branch for years. Got to know so many of them Barbara Ann (ex staff) and current ones like Robert, Mel, Bree. Everyone's so friendly and helpful! This is probably the only stand alone Warehouse Stationery left in Christchurch. I always feel the service here is 100% better than the in store ones at The Warehouse. Communities around there are definitely growing and with the upcoming retirement village opening right across the road, it would be a shame to close the suggested outlets from Supa Centre. Fingers crossed they will remain open.
Asked for help with books on my kids stationary list. Was given All the wrong books! Went home and painstakingly covered and labeled the books and took to school to discover they were all wrong. The teacher knew straight away I'd been to the belfast branch do this alot. I now have to go buy the correct books (elsewhere) an. Extremely disgusted d recover them
Service was great, emailed stationery list to them , fast response to email and order was ready that afternoon to collect. Checkout staff were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely do school stationery shop through these guys again. Thanks
Brought a item from here. Asked at the time of collection about the roller cassettes that the item needed was told its fine we stock them. Went in 2 days later for a rude guy to say they don't have to go online yet website says they do. How am I meant to buy the cassettes online when I don't know what they look like. Online is not for everyone. Wish I never brought item from Northwood as ease gate service is way better. Won't go back to Northwood after rude service
