I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day (a Saturday!) but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!”

“So far so good! Brilliant and fast in getting hold of us. The repair man was super friendly and would do his best to get us sorted. Came within 3 days of us putting in the fault. Said he'd arrive between 11 and 2. Was at our door at 11 prompt! Got the part sourced and will be back on Tuesday. Fast and friendly service! Update, all fixed! No hassles. He was prompt on the spot again. Awesome service!”
