They even went to the extent of accommodating my son for no extra cost even though his booking wasn't there, as he turned up last minute to attend the Jazz festival. The place is a bit old, but the location is just so convenient. Would definitely stay there again..”

Reception is always warm and friendly and they’ll always do their best to find an appointment for you as soon as possible. After miserable experiences at other practices, I will go out of my way to stay enrolled here!”

“I always stay here! Affordable rates for such a great central location! The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms- everything you need. The Aborist restaurant is next door and serves nice kai.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Had a 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. The gym and pool are a little walk away but were superb. The staff are kind and accommodating. We were given access to our room hours before the check in time and a staff member came to our room to show us where the heater was and set it up. I am very fussy and found the lounge a little tired but the facilities overall were of a good standard.”

“I was actually very impressed with the room 33. Very clean and cozy, well heated, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure in the shower, no noise, everything new, high quality and functional. Good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, shampoo, conditioner. Large TV, hair dryer, additional blankets, pillows, towels etc available. Free parking just in front of the room. The reception was very polite and warm, offered milk, answered all queries. Required a small bond which was promptly refunded after check out. Room well serviced. Definitely way above expectations for the price. The location is also exceptional for central city events.”

Went above and beyond for us when I lost my wallet and truly gave MANAAKITANGA that is rare in congested tourist places. Location was amazing, rooms were spacious. “I've been here for 4 weeks now and on my first week sue was very welcoming she's a very nice lady, I just live day to day normally as if I was in my own home. “Perfect hotel, right at the heart of Auckland city center. The hotel is fully equipped with essentials needs. Most importantly were the incredible staffs. The front desk agent, Lena was excellent. The whole stay, she was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She has the outstanding hospitality services, keep up the genuine energy. Also the night staff, the male front desk agent was very accommodating and courteous as well. Everything I needed to have a good stay in Auckland.”

“Of Manuka rd one tree hill open to the publiceasilly accessible as it's located right of Manuka rd. The prices can vary depending on the customer it would attract , couples family's or a room for the night long term to medium or just overnight stays. Not a high end Htotel/motel but reasonable clean and accomadating if your not fussy about your surroundings.”

“Hotel has a small entrance foyer with stairs and a ramp for entry. The entry from the ramp should have an automatic door opening as handling luggage while trying to open the door was difficult. The door opens to the street. Once inside the staff were great. There is no valet service at this hotel Room was very clean and tidy. The bed was a bit small probably a queen size but comfortable.. Bathroom was huge and sparkling. Entertainment ie TV was limited to TV channels only ie no streaming service available. No casting from your phone for streaming.”

“I've attended this practice (with my family) for over 20 some years and have always been very happy with the quality of care and friendliness from the staff. I can usually get in to see someone on the same day unless it is unusually busy. People who have issues with the cost or anything else, write to your MP to change the laws to improve healthcare funding.”

“Stayed in unit 7 and it had a great sea view. The rooms itself are quite basic, though clean and well serviced. It is nothing flash but very good for the price and good enough for a 2 night stay. We left the 3rd day as we had enough of all Tauranga could offer us and we had to return to Auckland. Would return for an overnight next time. Alan is a great host. Tip: Get a room with a sea view.”
