Great value, friendly service, excellent location. The basic rooms was just that - basic and small, which suited us fine. It was clean, tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would happily stay again.
Great location, not far to walk to the train or bus. Service is a 4 only because the Arborist was closed and I wanted to go there. I got to explore other dinner options instead. The staff at the front counter were lovely! The room was small, I was on the top floor with a nice view. The bathroom while small had a very hot shower with great water pressure! My bed was so comfortable I don't remember falling asleep. I did score it a 4 because the room had no aircon and was a little warm but I fixed that by opening the window. For the price I paid it was a great place to stay and I would happily stay there again. It felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
I always stay here! Affordable rates for such a great central location! The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms- everything you need. The Aborist restaurant is next door and serves nice kai.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Earplugs provided which was very much appreciated. Very central to everything in Wellington, great pub downstairs or upstairs, happy hour cocktails! Reception staff were lovely and the cleaning staff on our floor were friendly and very efficient. Would stay here again. Thank you Trinity.
Great central location within easy walking distance to theatre. Older style hotel, bit dated.... Twin bed room a bit small. Comfy beds, good linen,shower very small and grouting showing mould so needs a good deep clean. We had issues with noisy neighbours and a call to reception had it sorted quickly.
Amazing place to be in. Its in the heart of the city and comes with service with a smile. Thank you for making our stay great on a bad rainy day
Great staff, very helpful and friendly to deal with. In a fantastic location to everything around the CBD. Fun to have a rooftop bar as well as a great dining/bar downstairs, great value for money.
Good service. GREAT LOCATION in city. The room was good enough. The only downside is that the main door, windows and walls are not sound proof enough. You can hear everything in the corridor and noise outside. Some snoring next door to.
Good location but not good service and rook the size of a small shoe box. WiFi un reliable and staff couldn't care less.. I'd look somewhere different plus no parking and on a noisy street. Go elsewhere.
Nice rooms. Seemed to be a bit overpriced but I guess it was a busy time when I booked. There is a gym nearby at habit health for which you can get a day pass but have to pay additional $10 and is not included in the price of the room. There is a roof top bar as well but it can get busy. Reception is only open till 11pm so if you're arriving after hours, they can give you details for the lock boxes outside to get access to the hotel room. The staff are really helpful.
