This is a good affordable apartment if you book early enough. The bed is comfortable with all the required facilities to prepare a quick meal fix if you do not want to spend too eating out.

The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Really nice view and very well located, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and things to do around. Walking distance to the CBD. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, as noise from people in the hallways can be heard throughout the building. It wasn’t an issue for me, but it was for my friend. Either way, I would stay there again.

Great value for money. Located near the city center, campus, culinary caffe and groceries store. Complete facilities. We stay here for 6 days and we enjoyed it very much. The staff are polite, helpfull, and smile a lot. Thank you for the amazing service.

Apon arrival, we had to wait for a good amount of time before being seen by the receptionist, we had booked the room in advance and made sure it was a room with the sky tower in the view, we had been asked what type of beds we would want in the room and specified that we wanted 2 double beds. we went into the room and noticed it had a double and 2 singles. the first thing that we noticed was how filthy the room was. there was dirt and grime all over the walls, on the carpet, on the couch, and on the cups/utensils. went to turn one of the overhead lights on in one of the bedrooms and the switch was broken and unusable. went into the bathroom and went to have a shower. turned the shower on and the head was leaking a lot of water from where it connects to the water pipe. after my shower there was bubbles coming from the drain in the centre of the room, and the bathroom sink drain plug barely worked. the water jug was filthy inside, there was not enough dishes and cutlery for the 3 of us staying in the room. the car parking situation was a whole rigmarole, we were not informed that you needed to pay for the parking garage downstairs. we had tried to enter but couldn’t enter and were made to pay $30 a night for it, the indian man at reception was absolutely clueless of what he was doing and charged us for 2 nights of parking even though we had specifically asked for one, we went to leave the carpark and were locked in as he had removed the function of our parking garage access from our room keys. The location isn’t terrible other than the fact the university dorms and hospital are pretty much right next to the hotel and are very noisy. Overall we are all very disappointed with our 4 night stay and do not recommend staying here.

We booked this hotel for one night while going out to the clubs, and unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The booking website made it look straightforward, with the room costing $187 for the four of us, but when we arrived we were suddenly told about a $250 bond for damages. This was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process, and it really should be made clear upfront. Having to unexpectedly pay such a large bond on top of the booking price felt unfair and left us starting our stay on the wrong note. The condition of the room itself also left a lot to be desired. The beds were uncomfortable, and there weren’t enough blankets for everyone, which made it difficult to sleep properly. There were no bedside tables to put our belongings on, which made the setup feel incomplete and inconvenient. The floors were dirty, and the walls were filthy, which made the whole room feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly before our stay. The rubbish bin filled up in one night and there were no spare bags provided, so we had nowhere to put additional rubbish. On top of that, several things in the room just didn’t work properly. The bathroom sink plug was stuck in place, meaning we couldn’t drain the water unless we tried to force it out ourselves. The TV wouldn’t connect, so it was useless. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, which was frustrating and also felt unsafe. To make things worse, the walls were so thin that we could hear other guests clearly, which kept us awake and made it hard to relax at all. Altogether, this stay felt like very poor value for money. When you’re paying nearly $200 a night, plus an unmentioned $250 bond, you expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained room but what we got was far from that. I would strongly recommend the hotel be more transparent about hidden costs and put serious effort into cleaning, maintenance, and providing the basics for a comfortable stay.

Undercover parking is not for larger car or the inexperienced driver. It is underground and every steep corner has the marks of previous vehicle impacts. Be warned. Be very afraid if you are not a competent driver.

Lovely clean rooms, couch was a little worn but to be expected. Still pretty comfortable. Everything we needed. Car park is a great price, but its pretty tight and a little scary

Room upgrade was a nice surprise. :) Huge room, with nice amenities and comfy big bed! Only two things, is that I couldn’t find any good eating options nearby, so I had to take an Uber to get food. Also, you have to walk downstairs to get to the reception, which kind of feels a bit like a dungeon. Not great if you’re a female traveller, arriving at night, all alone… also, it’s right next to a cemetery… the service was quick and friendly!

Bed was comfortable, and shower had great pressure, front desk staff was nice. Unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. Only one elevator is allocated to guests, which often leads to a line to get on the elevator, which fills up quickly. We had to wait 5 -10 minutes multiple times to get on the elevator. We also weren’t allowed keys for all the adults in our rooms, and the keys only worked for your floor. Since our group was separated on multiple floors we were unable to get to each others floors easily. We also lost power on our first night and they weren’t sure what caused it, and sending people to their rooms.

We had an overall great experience, the free laundry facility is the most beneficial point to mention. Due to their location, the outside parking is very limited and you need to park in the basement (at a fee of course) which is also not as large as one may think. Also our room was near the alley to the main street, where you can hear youngsters chat and laugh in the early morning hours as they pass, but this wasn't a daily thing, maybe just weekends. However, room service was prompt, reception was very helpful in many administrative ways, our rooms were neat and clean upon arrival. And to mention one of the bulbs went out in the evening and the very next morning, maintenence was there to replace it :D . Would definitely stay with them again.
