   Jason and Kate run an excellent business here. Hospitality is top notch. Our unit was perfect for our needs with everything so clean and tidy. The thermal pool was perfect for unwinding in after a stressful day. I highly recommend Bennett's to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a great location.

   The only good thing about this motel is the location. We are departing from our weekend away exhausted and in pain after sleeping on beds akin to concrete for two nights. The two single beds pushed together to make a king were not even the same height as each other. We were given two towels to use between four people. There was one occasional chair to sit on and the beds were so uncomfortable, we couldn’t even relax on them during our downtime. Quite frankly the worst place we have ever stayed. Considering motels are predominantly used as a place to sleep, this place is a joke.

   Be very careful with this motel. They advertise fake promotions online at very low prices to attract bookings, then later pressure customers to cancel or pay extra because “the rate was incorrect.” This is misleading and dishonest. I booked in good faith through Agoda, but the property tried multiple ways to push me into paying more than the confirmed price. Extremely unprofessional experience — I would not trust them again.

   “Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price" that we paid for three adults and a 4 year old Our stay was okay, but definitely not what we were expecting based on how the hotel is advertised. The biggest letdown was the so-called "natural thermal pool" we were only allowed 4 hours of access, and the water was barely warm, more like a lukewarm bath than a true thermal experience. The internet connection was also very unreliable, constantly cutting out during our stay. When we first arrived, there was a strong sewage smell in the area, which was really unpleasant and not a great first impression. On top of that, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, for the price we paid, this stay was not worth it. There are definitely better options available for the same cost. But we came here for the thermal pool which let us down we will not be staying here again.

   Generally all round good service if it weren't for the courtesy displayed from the day staff, thermals were a let down as they were not operating including the main motel communal guests pool was not heated. Ideal summer stay.

   Very basic motel room with the exception being the private little inground hot pool just outside the bedroom sliding door. Not so good for a sneaky late night dip though as the auto fill system made some very loud sucking, gurgling noises every time I stood up which caused the water level to drop! That's my excuse anyway

   Well firstly I was meant to pay when we arrived but my card was charged that morning and I had my money in my other account so it didn't go through, so then I had to pay a $100 security bond because of it. Secondly he said he wouldn't charge me for having my baby there, yet he still charged me the full amount. Lastly I had confirmed a late checkout in advance for around 11am-12pm after 11am you pay $10 after that which i was fine with, but on the day of checkout he came to our room at 10.30 to tell us checkout was at 10 even though our booking info should have been clearly stated on there computer(it was the same guy that confirmed the late checkout) Anyways we just couldn't wait to leave and go home. Rude service. The staff cleaners they are doing a great job and were very lovely. Nice thermal spa and comfy beds.

   I booked the room for four. Our room was very spacious with a kitchen you can cook a meal in. Upstairs has 3 single beds and a spa bath. Downstairs a big double bed table and chairs and a couple of loungers. My mum dad and nanny had room for 3. It came with a spa pool. How cool is that! And spacious. So if your after value for money in a good location. Look out for Bennett's.
