The worst accomodation and stay I have ever had out of hundreds of hotels/motels. There was stink dried vomit on my cot I received from them. The staff had poor customer service skills especially the husband of the Manager. I definitely don’t recommend.
There’s a night shift manager who went above and beyond, he helped us out from Australia for a friend who was in DV situation. You saved a life…. Thank you sir! ❤️ You’ll never know how much you truly mean to us. Your company should be proud to have an amazing employee!!!
The lady at reception was terrible. When I first called to inquire if I could get an early check in the lady was absolutely rude. Asked for the surname of the booking which I kept giving, and she presumed to say there wasn’t a booking. So I asked whether I could give the booking number she stated “the number you give is the name of the booking” lol. Clearly doesn’t make sense so I gave her the booking number and she said the booking was under his first name that I only booked under a first name and there is no other name (just an ego thing to prove herself right). But once I checked the booking I had put down the correct names and in order. However we had a lovely stay. But the lady at reception ruined our experience by being blatantly rude. I’ve worked at a hotel and I know damn well this behaviour isn’t acceptable. Do Better!!!!
Great motel to stay at between flights, unfortunately not much in the way of food handy to walk to for dinner. Beds comfy, room lovely clean and quiet would stay again would just eat at the airport then phone for the courtesy van.
We recently stayed here, and would definitely stay there again. Beautiful clean sheets and clean apartment for 5 of us. Fantastic value for money, and the service of picking us up from airport and drop off in the morning was perfect. Very friendly helpful staff.
Kia ora. I booked the Deluxe Family Suite with two adults and two mokopuna for one night which cost $315. I was ok to wear that price because it was advertised as a family suite to cater to myself, my daughter and her two boys before they fly out to Brisbane tomorrow morning. On arrival we could not link to the internet to watch Netflix and we still cannot at 6.30pm, which is highly frustrating. We asked the staff person to assist but she was unable to and informed us that three of the televisions in the lodge were also not working. Not her fault but again extremely frustrating when you have a 12yr old and 4yr old in the room. Furthermore, there is only one pillow per bed with no spare pillows. There are no spare blankets should it be cold for my mokopuna during the night. There's only one towel per person. When promoting a family suite such as this for the price paid, I would expect that the Smart TV would be working better than it is prior to arrival. I would also expect that there would be more pillows, blankets and towels for a whānau of four. I would appreciate better service and display of manaakitanga.
Stayed as a large group which meant shuttle service couldn't accommodate us getting to the airport as a single group and couldn't be booked in advance. Half the group ended up needing to leave at 5am for a 6:30am check-in. No soap or face clothes in the rooms. Tea and coffee but no milo or hot chocolate for the kids. Otherwise quite dated and bathrooms not the cleanest.
Place was absolutely horrible. Room was disgusting with stains on the sheets and bugs in all over the room, staff were extremely rude and non helpful. Refused to give two different rides to the airport for the same room and instead of refusing politely they yelled at the guest… will never be staying here again
Great accom if you want a place close by the airport. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. You can also park your car free for a few days if you stayed at the motel and are going on short trip.
Worst shuttle service ever, they told me a spot to wait the shuttle and they were in a diferent spot. The driver was very rud, never offered himself to help me with the luggage. The bedroom was dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.
