   Good value for money. Near to the airport. Ample free parking. Room is big enough for two person. Since there were four of us we booked two rooms side-by-side. Downside was there is no kitchenette.

   Handy location, but that's pretty much where it ends. We were placed on second floor. The shower doesn't drain fast enough and it floods the floor after a 10mins shower. The shower head holder wobbles as you switch water on and it will hit you when it turns off (literally jump out of its cradle and land on you). Aircon gives off a musty smell and the air filters in them are caked in... Glad we're only staying for a night ....

   I have recently stayed for 2 nights and completely dissatisfied with this property. They claimed it’s 4 star hotel but their service and breakfast is pathetic. Room AC not good and therefore rooms are so warm and there is NO window to open to get fresh air. I have personally asked their cleaning staffed to clean my room, change my utensils and garbage box but no attention, simply they ignore it. I am little happy at the end as their manager co-operated me and given me late check-out.

   Overview: I enjoyed my stay for buisiness at Ramada Hotel. I would rate it to be a 3 to 4 star hotel based on personal opinion. 3 star given for room size and comfort. 4 star for location and staff friendliness. The hotel cleanliness is also well established. Sleep: My room bed matress was low quality and/or uncomfortable due to heavy body impressions making sleep uncomfortable. Additional to that the pillows are low quality and worn out. For the room I had, there was no disrupting noises and little disturbance with visitor movement. Bathroom: The Toilet is awkwardly placed behind the bathroom door (worse because of small space in room sizes). The shower pressure was really good and had great temperature variance and adjustability. Kitchenette: Small and tidy, bare minimum facilities. Room overall comfort & facilities: The room is small, little space to move around and very small desk with a small low structured stool. Aircon and fan present. A small flatscreen TV (available channels and features unknown) Hotel restaurant: A standard buffet breakfast all required food options (limited variation). The resraurant is very presentable and cosy. Hotel gym facilities: The hotel boasts a small modest gym featuring 1x rowing maching, 1 x treadmil (not working at the time), 1 x elliptical trainer, 1 x exercise bycicle (not working at the time), 1 x small multifunction gym machine. There is a short beautifull outdoor track inside a small nature park located across the motorway. You can easily do a 2.5km loop for running or walking exercises if sticking on the track only. Final remark: A enjoyable stay for short visits with standard room comfortability and all required facilities present to reach 3 to 4 stars.

   Great customer service and the staff were very helpful with booking and any inquiries I had. Excellent location if attending events at the Due drop center which is located 2min away. Lovely food at the cafe downstairs and there is other food stores 5min down the road from the Ramada. Our room had a kitchenette with a stove and a microwave which was great if we wanted to cook ourselves. We would stay again. Thank you!

   If I could rate this place any lower I absolutely would! I arrived from overseas & had booked a 3 night stay at this hotel. Prior to arrival I had emailed to confirm booking & after hour check in as there was a time difference when I arrived. In response to my email, they confirmed that I was still able to check in after hours & I was given instructions on arrival in the email. When I arrived sometime after 1.30am I was told at the intercom they would not be able to accommodate me as the person (who confirmed my booking via email) did not leave a note in regards to my late check in. I pleaded with them twice as I had no where else to go and came from overseas and it was now 2am in the morning. They refused to let me sit in the lobby area and so I was left outside alone crying trying to figure out a place to stay. My family from overseas had to call around to try and get my a urgent place (my phone was out of service so I had no way of calling out, couldn’t call for a taxi or book Uber online) By this time it was 5am when I was able to get another accommodation last minute. I have requested for a refund and they have not responded at all and never bothered to call when I didn’t show up for the remaining of my booking. The whole experience was atrocious, considering I was by myself as a female in a foreign country, (also could not call or access internet at all because my phone was not connecting to the nz network, was only able to receive incoming calls) no compassion or empathy from the MANAGER to even let me stay in the lobby until I was able to find another place (and it was freezing outside) I will NEVER EVER consider this place or recommend this place to anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I highly recommend jetpark hotel next to Auckland airport. They took me in for immediate booking and gave me a discount when they heard about what had happened. The staff was outstanding and they offered free service to the airport. Ramada has no business being in business right now, they’re just after your money.

   The customer service here is truly top notch and I hope the employees are compensated well for this. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Great location if you have business to do in Manakau. I only gave the room 4 stars because upon arrival the room was very hot. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

   Nice tidy place, stayed on the 3rd floor. Rooms don't have much space but are perfectly functional. Everything felt fresh. The "free parking" is very limited but there is lots of paid parking available. The free parking claim should really be stated as "limited free parking" The shower was great with good pressure and volume of water.
