Dr Rebecca Ly is a wonderful doctor who really cares! The doctor offices in general are clean, organised and not intimidating. Reception is always warm and friendly and they’ll always do their best to find an appointment for you as soon as possible. After miserable experiences at other practices, I will go out of my way to stay enrolled here!
I will remove my enrollment here if I can. Its really difficult to get a booking, you will just force to go to an urgent care. Receptionist is also not helpfull at all. We found available slot and booked it online, we received an email asking us to wait for 10-15mins to receive confirmation but we have not receive any email to update us. When we call, same as what other experienced they will ask you to call at 8:15AM, what kind of booking system is that?
This place is a disgrace to the health of our community! Been enrolled for many years now, but can never get a booking in the same week! The reception staff are a rude, condescending and unhelpful. They tell you to call at 8:15 sharp to make a booking for the same or next day. Done this on multiple occasions and still have not managed to see a doctor in the same week. They’re advertising for new patients but they cannot even provide decent and timely care to the current patients they have. DO NOT ENROL WITH THIS MEDICAL CENTER!
Don't enrol here. They have way more patients than they can handle. Whenever I call to make an appointment there is a more than two week wait, and I continually have to take my son to emergency. They advise to ring at 8.15 to get an appointment that day - when I did that, I was angrily told there was no appointments until next week. It's a shame as the doctors here are fantastic. But I'll be changing to a GP that is not so stretched thin.
I have had such a positive experience with joining this clinic recently. The online application process was easy and getting an appointment was easy. The DRs and reception staff have been wonderful in helping me through feeling so unwell. Thank you, Janine
I have been with this medical centre for nearly 20 years. Doctors and nurses are fantastic. What lets this centre down is not being able to get an appointment within the same week. When I recently discussed this with one of the receptionists, the answer was 'that is not true'. You need to call at 8.15am in the morning. When you have young children and are already at work at 8.15am, it is not always feasible to call at that time. I suggest you read your reviews, they are all the same. Great doctors, but can't get an appointment. I suggest the staff ready their Google reviews
The 1 star rating is for the reception staff. I called to make a booking for my daughter, was number 20 in the queue after on hold for 16 minutes as soon as I was 1 I was cut off. I called back and was back at the queue at 20, waited 20 minutes this time around. Thankfully I got through when I informed the receptionist she didn't even acknowledge it. The doctors are amazing but better systems need to be in place for booking appointments during these times
