   Genuinely horrific conditions. Chunks of carpet missing or burnt out? Red stains all through the unit, half-assed removed blue gum on the carpet by the window too. (Unit 2) Cabinet door in the kitchen wouldn’t full close, same with the door leading between the bathroom and bedroom. Someone else’s used milk was also left in the fridge? Felt like we were getting bitten through out the night as well. Tried to charge us a $80 cleaning fee for my toddler having an accident because they don’t use mattress protectors and I genuinely think they just didn’t want to have to change the sheets. Have let the council know about the foul conditions - this place should be condemned.

   Run by a lovely family, we enjoyed staying in their motel. It was more spacious than other places we've stayed in. It was clean, tidy, with all amenities we needed for one night in the city.

   Holes in doors covered with tape, smells strange, is absolutely NOT what it looks like in the advertising pictures. Dirty. I didn't stay there, got my money back that was the only good thing about.

   Very quiet block of units, close to main road, but barely noticed after first day. Tidy, simple and cozy unit that covers all the basics, perfect as home base for adventures...have had a very comfortable and relaxed visit. Beds are perfect. Wonderful friendly Managers.

   It is truly a 3 or 2 star hotel. We stayed upstairs and these unit had it been redone yet like the photos. The shower had very little water pressure. The carpet was older and worn out. We never got new towels it was more like an extended stay. It was cheap and that is what we booked so don’t expect the a nicer place.

   Good location and cheap but that's about all the positives. Water pressure in the shower was dreadful, toilet took about 10 minutes to refill the cistern, the beds were ridiculously soft. Didnt replace the empty toilet roll. Kitchen had an odd selection of appliances, utensils and crockery. Reception wasnt even staffed when we arrived so had to ring a number to be told where the key was. Multiple internal doors didnt close properly and only a code for 1gb of wifi for an entire 4 day stay and then a ridiculous cost per mb.

   Clean and tidy place. Stayed there for a week. Room service everyday but just to replace consumables, no cleaning. They have a laundry in their private garage which can only be accessed when the owners are around.
