   Rooms were clean and tidy. Wi fi was total rubbish. Impossible to connect. Shouldn't be advertised as part of your deal.

   Accommodation Te Puna was very handy for my work up the Minden and was suitable for me. However, the interior was very rundown, and situated beside SH2 made it very noisy. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower hot water was plentiful. The shower pressure was great, too. Value for money? Yes, probably.

   I booked accommodation for my family for Christmas. I asked for their best room. They were put into one of the chalets, it was dirty, curtains falling down and legs falling off bedside tables, shower was dirty.Have never been so embarrassed. My poor family and young children staying in something I wouldn’t put my dog. Shocking place. Do not recommend!!! They wanted to charge $280 per night. I paid $200. Not worth $50!!! This place should definitely have its Qualmark rating taken away! Horrible place

   Didn't have sleep for the night at all as the Te Puna liquor centre (approx 150m down the road) had people in front carpark sitting in the car playing loud music till 1.30am then started burnout on the road. The traffic noise from the highway next to it was also an issue. So don't expect to sleep well- bring your ear plug if you have!! The unit is very spcious. However, it is very dated and body smell was very strong from previous guests, it seemed the rooms and bathroom were not deodourised. The heatpump doesnt work properly, stopped by itself in 30mins, fan heater was also broken, etc. Sorry, didn't mean to leave such negative feedbacks but just felt this is needed.

   Reslly old and run down. Not verry clean. Stained carpets dusty, mouldy shower. Adkec cleaner to come back remove rubbish and used towles . Nevef came back

   I knew that being beside the main highway, the sound of cars would be loud and that would be okay. But the loud music from the tavern across the road was not very nice. I also think the price tag was very steep for what we got - wifi never worked, we never got milk for our coffees and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We did like the spa bath, little playground for the kids and that the rooms were nice and spacious.

   Absolutely not value for money. While the pool and the shower are great and we appreciated having real milk; we were grossly overcharged for a toilet we had to plunge, a door that would only shut if it was locked and mould on the walls. Could be a really great place to stay if they had fixed all these flaws
