Rooms were clean and had everything you'd need for staying a while. Expect to pay a $200 bond on arrival which is refunded 3 days after your stay.
Room dirty.....cobwebs everywhere. Shower door didn't shut properly, room definitely not the one on booking.com,tried reception numerous time no answer not at all bothered....only good thing is location if you need the top end of town
It was really nice place to stay in Auckland CBD and rooms, facilities and their service was fantastic. Front office Manager was very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend the place.
The door was locked when we arrived and noone in the office despite it being open hours. The room was small, but adequate, but it was dirty. Hair on the pillows, blood on the sheets, and what was undeniably man juice on the blanket of one of the beds. Beds that were hard and lumpy, could feel every spring The toilets were clean but in the morning the entire place stunk of raw sewage. Tea and coffee provided, but no way to boil water? Location was brilliant, cose to britomart, easy
Nice apartments with a balcony. The place is near the university campus so it's a calm area. To walk into the city centre is no big deal. Only downside there is no AC, only a couple of fans so it's was very hot in the room when the sun is shining. We even used the laundry room in the basement. All in all for the price it's ok, beds been also comfy. Stuff was also very helpful. Would stay there for sure again.
Room was fair. No hot water before 9am until the last day when was finally fixed. No service of apartment until day before leaving. Lady Receptionist was very helpful. Parking can be difficult so be very careful. Hop card bus passes are great and easy from some convenience stores. Uber otherwise. Is in University area. Steep hills around.
Apartments are good, I rally like it but customer services is not good. I viewed apartments and wanted to rent for long term, they gave me tenancy form and contact details of the property manager.. I called him multiple time he hardly answered and if he answered he simply said please email me i will respond.. I sent emails and reminders never received a response... It seem this property is own by one compnay or one guy and they don't have proper management team that's why no on cares if they are loosing customers and their sales team don't have targets.. .
We had a four night stay with a family of two adults and two teenage children. It was probably adequate for what we paid in central Auckland. It is a great location but the apartment is tiny and although we asked for two single beds when booking, we did not get that. A request for an additional duvet had to be made twice. There were only two rolls of toilet paper and they were never replaced despite them stating that the room would be refreshed on the third day. The apartment wasn't very clean and was stuffy. Car park was very handy on Symonds Street but you would not want to have a big vehicle as it is tricky to maneuver.
My visit was HORRIBLE. it reeked of fish and urine it was unbareable.the hotel seemed to be very unhygienic as there was smudges on our walls and unvancumed floors. Our toilet wouldn't flush and the customer service was so bad. This hotel clearly needed a health inspection as there were cockroaches crawling along the floors. I was booked for three days but the air quality was so poor that I stayed for one night then left to another hotel. Wouldn't recommend and I'll never be here again
We really enjoyed staying here. So close to town but far enough away too. We had small kids but felt welcome by all staff and tenants. They would often hold the lift etc. Parking isn't at the property so unloading bags etc was a bit of a pain, but once we sorted that it was OK. When we wanted to ask anything or needed anything the staff immediately filled out the request. Would stay here again.
