   Thank you Dr Michael Arnephy & other doctors involved for checking my blood tests & informing me promptly despite it being a Sunday. Thank you for arranging the prescriptions instantly. So thankful & appreciative of the level of care. Previous experiences with all doctors have been great, Dr Kerry Taylor, Dr Dominique Hite & the Nurses.

   They don’t do walk ins for children even if it’s urgent. I don’t recommend. I moved here from paeroa and in paeroa every time it was an urgent matter we’d be put on the list for a nurse to contact us same day and check them out with No booking unless it’s with your gp. This one doesn’t do that.

   This is an awful Medical Centre. I went in in extreme pain and was basically dismissed on the day apart from a script for narcotics, but no tests even though i requested them. after several phone calls and please to have the Dr do something and getting nothing apart from dr being condescending and rude i went back to a previous care giver in Hamilton who immediately sent me for tests and immediate treatment to follow and ongoing treatment even now, months later. Yes i complained to the Practice manager to no avail. I basically received and email saying "sorry you feel that way" so next step HDC and HRC if neccessary.

   Such a poor experience. They have broken systems and processes and have way too many patients for what they can handle. Extremely difficult to actually get help and see a doctor and end up having to wait 4 hours at A and E instead to be scene by someone the same day. Would not join, avoid at all costs.

   I recommend Morrinsville Medical Centre. The doctors, nurses, and staff are friendly, approachable, helpful, professional, and hard-working. Book non-urgent appointments early as it may be difficult to get an appointment.

   This medical center is so terrible. Wrose center ever. They never have an appointment available.if they do its 3 weeks to wait. Otherwise, reception says, "If it is urgent, you should go to the hospital. The nurses are so rude. If I tell them my situation, they say why didn't you go to the hospital without hearing me out.This center is so expensive. You pay $52 to see your GP; it's not for free. I never had given any review on social media; this was my first time and couldn't stop myself. I am registered with this center for 20 years and this is very much disappointing.

   I've attended this practice (with my family) for over 20 some years and have always been very happy with the quality of care and friendliness from the staff. I can usually get in to see someone on the same day unless it is unusually busy. People who have issues with the cost or anything else, write to your MP to change the laws to improve healthcare funding.
