   An awesome stay with friendly staff and clean rooms. The relaxing hot tub right outside the bedroom was a highlight, and being pet-friendly made it perfect. Highly recommended—thanks for having us!

   Jason and Kate run an excellent business here. Hospitality is top notch. Our unit was perfect for our needs with everything so clean and tidy. The thermal pool was perfect for unwinding in after a stressful day. I highly recommend Bennett's to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a great location.

   The only good thing about this motel is the location. We are departing from our weekend away exhausted and in pain after sleeping on beds akin to concrete for two nights. The two single beds pushed together to make a king were not even the same height as each other. We were given two towels to use between four people. There was one occasional chair to sit on and the beds were so uncomfortable, we couldn’t even relax on them during our downtime. Quite frankly the worst place we have ever stayed. Considering motels are predominantly used as a place to sleep, this place is a joke.

   Be very careful with this motel. They advertise fake promotions online at very low prices to attract bookings, then later pressure customers to cancel or pay extra because “the rate was incorrect.” This is misleading and dishonest. I booked in good faith through Agoda, but the property tried multiple ways to push me into paying more than the confirmed price. Extremely unprofessional experience — I would not trust them again.

   “Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price" that we paid for three adults and a 4 year old Our stay was okay, but definitely not what we were expecting based on how the hotel is advertised. The biggest letdown was the so-called "natural thermal pool" we were only allowed 4 hours of access, and the water was barely warm, more like a lukewarm bath than a true thermal experience. The internet connection was also very unreliable, constantly cutting out during our stay. When we first arrived, there was a strong sewage smell in the area, which was really unpleasant and not a great first impression. On top of that, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, for the price we paid, this stay was not worth it. There are definitely better options available for the same cost. But we came here for the thermal pool which let us down we will not be staying here again.

   Stayed in 2 separate rooms over 4 nights. Customer service is excellent 5*. They go out their way to make your stay as convenient as possible.. However, the interior layout of the rooms is quite awkward e.g the beds are facing the bath-tub so there's no privacy, the hot-pool was out of order. The location is on the corner of a very busy road so be very careful driving in or out...I'd recommend for overnight visits...4 stars..

   I used booking,com to book. When I arrived they could not find my booking. The rooms were dirty. Stove top missing an element. Mold and cobwebs in most corners. The room had a spa pool in private courtyard. The area was a mess with the pool showing signs it had seen it's share of action over the years. The location was handy for my trip. But the quality and value for money was not.

   Awesome place to stay. PROS - owner was super nice. Even brought out a speaker to play some music for the ones in the pool. Followed through with all requests. Cleaners/staff were super nice. Towels replenished every day. We used a lot for showers, spa bath and pool. Free wifi. On sight parking. Sky TV. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hot chocolate provided as well as kitchen utilities and utensils. CONS - it is a little old and could do with a face lift. Right next to a very busy road. A little mold in bathroom. Had to ask for coffee to be replenished. Over all, I would stay there again.

   We made a booking at short notice for 3 adults to attend a funeral. The price and location were good. The Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The older style facilities were what we expected at this price. The handbasin , toilet and shower were very compact, but the shower was lovely and hot.
