   They clearly care about my Pet. I also feel like they listen to what I have to say, which is really lovely and takes a lot of my stress away. Both Veterinarians I have encountered are fantastic. The Nurses are onto it too, so helpful and checked and let me know I hadn’t registered my pets microchip. Very helpful. Everything I could hope for in a Veterinarian Clinic. Easy parking too. And two separate waiting areas available, nice for the cats.

   What a lovely, caring animal care centre. When our sweet marshmallow was bought in after being hit by a car, they got in touch with us and were so caring and compassionate about the situation when our family was devastated. We even received the most lovely card in the mail with prints of our sweet kitties paw prints for our children to keep as keepsakes after their loss. Can’t recommend more for anyone who is looking for a compassionate vet.

   Our lovely 18 year old Molly, the cat, was put to rest at The Vets recently. The entire process was conducted in a very sensitive, caring manner. Earlier attendances over the years were dealt with similarly. I have no hesitation in recommending The Vets as a caring and efficient place for all pet cares. Lovely staff, too.

   I cannot recommend this vet clinic enough! I recently brought in my cat, who had some behavioural issues, and was lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Cate. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cate was amazing - she took the time to really listen to my concerns and provided a thorough examination of my cat. She was able to offer helpful suggestions and recommendations, and even followed up with a detailed email outlining her advice. I was blown away by the level of care and attention that Dr. Cate provided, and it is clear that she is truly passionate about what she does. It is rare to find such a dedicated and knowledgeable vet, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found this clinic. Overall, I cannot recommend this vet clinic enough - they truly go above and beyond to ensure the health and happiness of their furry patients. Thank you so much to Dr. Cate and the entire team for all that you do!

   When we first adopted our dachshunds over a decade ago a friend suggested we look up the Vets on Manukau Road, and I've never looked back. When our fur babies crossed the rainbow bridge a few years ago, Russell and his team were there to help us through it and even took time on the weekend to ensure that our Rindy had a gentle passing. They are the best vet team ever!
