   I just called to ask about availability, but the person who answered didn’t seem to understand what I was asking and wasn’t helpful at all. The only thing I could make out was “no quarantine,” which didn’t answer my question. I tried calling back for clarification, but my second call wasn’t answered. I’m already quite stressed trying to sort this out, and the experience was really disappointing. Please ensure that staff answering the phone are able to communicate clearly and provide proper assistance.

   Jon and Clare basically sentenced our animals to death by cancelling 2 hours before their flight from KL to Auckland their compulsory quarantine due to the two days delay from cancelled flights from the devastating cyclone. Stating they lost their place in the queue and can only fit them in April. Despite booking and paying our deposit which they refuse to refund. Whilst our dog Molly and cat Tinkerbell were already checked in at KL airport with all export documents and had been waiting there 2 days. As we have left Malaysia, we can no longer take care of our animals. Jon especially has no empathy and was not interested to find a way for them to stay an additional 2 days. These are our pets, not brown boxes. Cannot believe people like this can run a quarantine center looking after our pets. Still in total shock, please be wary of when dealing with this unscrupulous company. Yesterday the other quarantine station said they have a history of overbooking and dropping clients at the last moment, we’ve been told to officially report them to MPI (Ministry for Primary industries) as they’re MPI agents, which we are now doing. Whilst they still refuse to refund the deposit. MPI NZ is currently investigating their unethical practices, I'm hoping they will be brought to justice and make other unsuspecting future customers aware

   THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!!Please if you can, don’t trust them with your pets. Sadly had to say goodbye to my pup and friends planned on taking her to Australia. They booked the quarantine and everything over them. It allready started with mistakes on the required documents on their part. Pets where ready to go at the Airport allready delayed by 2 days due to the disasters. Don’t know what happened, we where simply told they can’t take them anymore and they won’t be paying us the 700$ deposit back. Literally pets at the airport we had allready left the country. As a serious business they should have plans in case of natural disasters/bad weather in place which they simple don’t have. Never again! Don’t use them apart from if your sending over a carcass or planning on receiving on when you get your pet back!

   Cross-shopped all of the quarantine facilities, and this one ended up being my choice. I'd choose them again. So happy to have my girl back, and she seems no worse for the wear.

   I used this quarantine facility when my dog and I traveled from America to New Zealand. The facility is expensive, but they are professional. The downside is they do not allow you to visit your dog. The explanation is that it is due to canine influenza, but it does not really make sense because that pathogen cannot pass from human to dog. The staff is helpful and accommodating your request and meal plans for pets. They provide updated photos of how the animals are doing on Facebook, but sometimes they skip a day or two.
