   I reluctantly write this review as previously I have had good experiences here and I like to form a relationship with a veterinary practice I can stay with. However after spending a considerable amount of $$$ here the last few weeks, my last appointment showed a lack of care and detailed investigation of the issue resulting in my dog suffering over the weekend and his condition worsening considerably. I have emailed the clinic with nil response which is disappointing, hence this review. Clearly they are not interested in owning up to oversights. Firstly I was never given the chance to choose or asked which veterinarian I would like to see. Secondly I see there is meant to be 'guidance' of more inexperienced vets - well, where is the guidance? My dog was running a temperature and fever yet this was not checked. And this is not the first time he presented with this condition so clearly it needed investigation, yet I was continually given anti-inflammatory medicine. As I discovered with the right treatment and medications within 6-8 hours an improvement was seen. He is now on the mend thank goodness. Yes, it meant an expensive blood test, yes it meant more time needed to be spent with him and examining him, yes it has meant a change in diet and medications , but isn't that the business you are in??? It seems to me the receptionists found it all too much trouble and would rather I was gone - well congratulations ladies you have your wish granted. Vets are not cheap and there are better options out there with more user friendly consulting rooms and staff who do their job. I will miss Dr KV - she is the most awesome lady. Ciao...

   Dr Chris is experienced, honest, and focused on the animals welfare. The whole team is friendly and caring. My dog is always happy to go there and is welcomed with treats. Pricing is also fair and they don't push unnecessary treatments. Thank you Normandy vets!

   Our boy Pedro was so well looked after by everyone at Normanby. Dr Kenneth was particularly wonderful and compassionate, and was gentle in delivering some very difficult and heartbreaking news. Dr Kenneth and Dr Chris took such great care of our boy during the final few years and months of his life. Pedro found vet visits very stressful, but the team at Normanby allowed us to bring him in without a carrier and were so kind and flexible with us including last minute appointment changes and with any emergencies. The nurses were aways gentle, patient, and kind, as were the magnificent receptionists. When the time comes and our family is ready for another companion, we will be coming back to Normanby.

   I love this vet clinic. I have taken Pickle to see Chris, KV and a few temps and all the vets have been fantastic. Very caring, give honest advice and don't overcharge. Rachael and the nurses are also very lovely to deal with. I highly recommend.

   Took my princess chips here this evening as regular vets didn't have anyone with rabbit knowledge available. It was a last min panic phone call at 430pm. Reception managed to squeeze us in for 45 minutes later. The vet himself is just amazing. Was clear and concise in everything he said. He took the time to listen to me babble on about my girl and genuinely cared. I highly recommend and if I didn't live the other side of town would make these guys my main vets in an instant, but unfortunately the princess bun doesn't like long car rides unless she is at deaths door and she always gets her own way. If you have a specialist pet in the cbd area, this should be your first port of call.

   Would definitely recommend! I have recently adopted a kitten who was a stray for the first four months of her life and therefore weary around new people, but the vet who saw her was amazing. The vet took the time to make her feel comfortable and relaxed and making it a pleasant experience. She was so comprehensive when explaining my options with me and really took the time to do so. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the vet but she saw my kitten Tigger! Would definitely recommend :)

   Thank you for your excellent communication. During our first ever vet interaction (first time bunny owners) we had points of contact with Normanby Road Vet Clinic via email, on the phone, and finally in person at drop off and pickup. Each time they were concise, friendly, and to the point. I have come away feeling like my needs and our pets were considered and addressed without fuss and undue cost. I'm reassured and happy to recommend them to other potential customers. (Our bunnies are doing well as well)

   I do not recommend this vet at all. I rang up regarding to an emergency of my dog eating chocolate, the receptionist said they were unable to take him in because he was not registered with the vet clinic. The person I was talking to was rude and told me to look somewhere else, this was a deathly emergency and the person I was talking to had no sympathy what so ever.
