Hi there, Don’t usually shop at pets stock. but Tim was very helpful in helping me find my dogs size clothes, gave some freebie, and told me about the free dog wash. Will definitely be back just because of Tim. From the botany store.
A nessary place for any animal owner . Friendly, well stocked, but a bit expensive on some things. Reasonable parking, especially since it is so close to KMart You should visit. Your dog will love you for it. Your cat? Probably not so much...
I loved using the dogwash here! The facilities are well priced, good product and easy to use. Fully reccomend going here after a muddy walk with the pup. Staff were friendly and kind. We'll be back :)

Am I the only one that thinks that netting in the middle of the store is not a secure way to house 2 kittens? You can see it’s been patched up all around the sides. Apparently kids shake the netting which must freak the kittens out. Anyone could just steal them if they wanted to… so unsafe. Apparently other stores have nice enclosures for their animals but this store have to “prove themselves” to get a decent enclosure. Yikes what kind of people run this type of business? Not ones that love animals that’s for sure!! The fish tanks were not clean either.
The staff are always so welcoming, always good at helping with my queries. I always have great experiences and leave this store satisfied . Great work team :)
Went for a shop this afternoon to get my fussy cats Xmas gifts, and my mums puppy a gift. The staff were very professional, friendly, approachable, and very passionate about their job. We will absolutely be back soon!
