   Very easy to get too, they neutered my dog as I had a desexing voucher thru the SPCA, dropped my dog off by 8am an picked him up at 1pm, neutered nails clipped big collar on to stop him from licking. Very friendly staff, lovely vet was so gentel that ive got another voucher to get 1 more neutered in next couple weeks

   I recently brought my kitten into be deserted and microchipped, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The procedure was done fast and efficiently and my kitten was in great hands the entire time. Tyler and Meghan were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Meghan went above and beyond-when I asked question about brushing teeth, she kindly gave us the free brush and toothpaste and took time to show us how to brush properly. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

   Community veterinarians who provide personal and high quality service... I felt embarrassed today when a lady was turned away because she couldn't afford a vet consulting fee of $80 for ringworm treatment. Something has changed in this practice recently..., the regular staff are not always there. It feels more like a corporate vet practice than the friendly local one it used to be.

   The best vet clinic ever! As a first-time puppy owner, I’ve had so many questions, and Deborah has been absolutely amazing. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushes, and answers all my questions with so much patience and care. The entire team is wonderful—Ellie actually enjoys going to the vet and happily greets every nurse there! Their email communication is also excellent. Nastassja been really helpful with email queries. Highly recommend!

   Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better vet for my bichons last moments on earth. The care every single staff member showed was incredible! I even received a very personal hand written card with a super meaningful heartfelt message from Dr Tyler. Thank you all soo very much, you have no idea how awesome you make this world! Xoxo

   Brought my 10 week old kitten here for her first course of vaccinations, deworming and microchipping. Their approach is cooperative care such that your pet is not distressed when being administered care. Love the approach and my little Luna was basically not bothered by the vaccine and microchip needles. The doctor was great at communication and explaining things that I need to know as a first time pet owner. Will be my go to vet. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Really compassionate staff with amazing service. I called for my little rabbit who was unwell, they didn’t even hesitate telling me to bring him in (the place I called prior weren’t interested to hear about it at all so this was a huge relief). We took him in, they were quick to check him and inform me what was going on. They gave us our options and a little time to think about what to do but we did have to act quick. We paid the money for him to stay in their care for the day but chances of survival weren’t great at that time. Well they kept me informed throughout the day and did a really really great job of caring for him. He’s back home now and on the mend, much better than he was this morning. They gave us thorough discharge instructions. Our bunny has been to a few different vets in his life but the care we received today was top notch, he will go there from now on if he needs too. A huge shout out to Tyler, Raylene and the discharge nurse (Marion I think..? Sorry!) you all are amazing. Still a long road of recovery and even if the outcome was the worst case I still would have left 5 stars due to the service we received today, you can see they really care. Thank you so much!
