I won’t be selecting this store for Click & Collect again. When I arrived, the young staff member seemed confused while looking for my order and even asked, “Has it been paid?” How could I possibly click and collect without paying? Of course, it was paid via Afterpay. Eventually, Farhan handed over my order, but then a tiny lady stepped in to verify my ID. I understand security protocols and had no issue providing ID—except I couldn’t find my wallet at that moment. Thankfully, I located it in my ute and returned to show it. Here’s the thing: there are multiple ways to verify identity without causing unnecessary hassle. You could have asked for my mobile number or address, both of which are linked to my order in your system. The experience left me wondering—was I being racially profiled? Maybe because I was wearing a pounamu fishing hook? Either way, this interaction felt uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning to this store.
I found the staff to be excellent, particularly Eathan, who provided exceptional assistance. I secured some great deals upon leaving the store.

My son and I visited this store on Tuesday and the staff were so helpful and friendly and we got an amazing suit for a school ball that my son is attending. Will definitely be back, amazing service thank you. The whole experience was brilliant.

It’s an outlet so always hit and miss with sizes available but that’s the nature of outlet stores. If you can understand that, there’s always good deals on to be had. Staff are always happy and welcoming.
