    Update 2024 - New location and staff now offer friendly service and always have a great selection to choose from. What a welcome difference! Sadly received the most appalling rude attitude and service from a staff member I have ever encountered. From walking through the door and asking for a minute to browse their products first, to a simple enquiry, then when I said my dog ate dry in the morning and raw at night, I was shown hostility and contempt and the food I wanted to buy was taken from me!! It's fine to be passionate about solely raw food and to encourage your ideals but it is unacceptable to treat customers so rudely. I will not be back.

    If I could I would give -100... No words from a civilized person's dictionary can sufficiently express my disappointment in their service and lack of knowledge about dog nutrition. AVOID !!!
