   Such a nice owner that really cares about the accomodation. Check-in was smooth, parking is free, and the room was very clean and comfortable. For the price and the proximity to the city center, it really is a great accomodation. Do not hesitate to book during your trip in Auckland for this great place! We do hear a bit the train passing very close, but the noise at night is very low. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows. This is a quality accomodation.

   We booked 3 studio rooms for Hot wheels monster trucks event. Rooms are lovely, warm, comfy and clean. All very well, we hope for this as standard. AEPM told standard to hold their beer and boot it. Courtesy call day before event re: early road closures as we were traveling up to AK. Checked us in and allowed us parking from 11am. Warm and informative welcome with the gate to Eden park laughably close. I haven't even left yet and I'm side eyeing the experience as narniac in its unassuming, hidden gem state. Will be back without doubt.

   Good place to stay but not a lot of facilities. Good location within walking distance of good cafes and Eden Park. Quiet are especially at night but I can imagine it being more noisy if there is a game or concert on.

   Absolutely loved this delightful villa. We stayed in a two room unit, there was even a small table on the little veranda area outside our window for a lovely takeaway dinner experience. The rooms were great, bed comfortable, the unit was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Free WIFI and good speed. The owner was welcoming, with very clear communication which was also very welcome and made our stay very easy. It is very close to the rail station, some exceptional eating places, bars, takeaways and of course the park!

   We really enjoy the motel. It is clean. The room was spacious. You have free parking. Good wifi. Air conditioning. You have restaurants around. A gas station close by. The owner is very polite and helpful. Basically you have everything that you need. We will go again for sure, and we strongly recomand it. And if you want to go to Eden Park, this motel is the ideal place (on the other side of the street, only 50 meters away).

   The best motel I have stayed in quite a while. Manager is a very nice guy helpful & as busy as he was still couldn't do enough to help. Linens were clean & so was the shower toilet etc. If you need a last minute booking he will do his best to help.

   Pretty good place overall. I had a corner room closest to the road - it was small but fine for one or two people. Not much to complain about - wifi could've been faster, and I occasionally heard noise from the train but it wasn't loud enough for it to he a problem. The owner is also super nice.
