Convenient hours to support most shoppers. Wide range of produce/products covering some international brands beyond Aotearoa/Australia. Prices vary compared to other stores at other locations, check carefully before placing in your trolley. Both self service check out counters and a few serviced check out lines available. Weekends appear busier than usual - but that doesn't really detract from shopping, with loads of trolleys and baskets available at the entrance. Happy shopping!”

“I have changed over to my prescription meds pickup to Chemist Warehouse Silverdale recently as prices are way better and the stock is 5x larger than regular pharmacies. It is always busy there with plenty of helpful staff often stocking up shelves. Most know where stuff is.”

“Profoundly upset & frustrated to learn that The Warehouse has been been strong-armed out of Milford Mall, despite the Group's offer of favourable financial terms & the overwhelming support of locals in the area. We are losing the ONLY outlet providing DIY, Gardening, Furniture, Crafts, Home/Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Tech, - to name a few. It's a lovely, peaceful place with delightful ambiance. “Massive range of fabrics and bedding. From the outside the shop looks small but it is quite large in there and has more than you would think. I was looking for iron on patch material and the staff were happy to help even though it was 20 minutes to closing. The fabrics is upstairs so if you have mobility issues the stairs might be an issue.”

The sheer scale of the inventory means I never have to shop anywhere else. ​On top of the huge selection, the prices are consistently good, which is a huge plus when you're tackling multiple projects. ​Finally, the parking is so convenient. “I went to the store this afternoon to grab a drawer liner, but to my surprise, I found a big mirror I’d been searching for everywhere, it was finally in stock! I knew I had to get it before it was gone again. The floor staff, Lei and her two colleagues, were amazing. They helped me bring the mirror to the checkout and even assisted me in loading it into my car. I’m really grateful for their help. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. Visit now for the opening deals, there are quite a number of items on specials! The garden area is not big but very clean, worth a quick stroll.
