   Poor customer service at Bunnings Botany. I encountered staff who were either rude, clueless, or performing the rare double act of being both at the same time. This wasn’t a one off experience, consistency like that takes real commitment, and they’re nailing it. If you already know exactly what you need, you’ll be fine, they have a great range, and the staff will expertly avoid you so you can shop in peace. But if you’re looking for help, guidance, or some basic human warmth, bring some snacks, patience and a search party and I wish you luck.

   Bunnings East Tāmaki is fantastic. The store is well laid out, well stocked, and the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. You can always find what you need, and if you can’t, someone is quick to help. It’s a great store with a welcoming vibe — always a pleasure to shop here.

   Terrible experience at Bunnings Botany. Called three times before visiting to confirm stock and have a 3-seater lounge set aside. Was assured it would be held for me. Arrived Saturday – no one helped. Staff member from aisle 37 was rude and claimed nothing was put aside. Ended up finding the item myself, lifting it onto a trolley and loading it into my car with zero assistance. Won’t shop here again.

   If you're reading about Bunnings then you know what it is. For me it's like being a kid in a sweet shop,in fact my family used to call it "Daddy Daycare". My partner hated it as it was "Full of tools", nah..."you're missing the point", says I, "It's a World of Possibilities". Yeah, I think I'll copyright those two phrases...Daddy Daycare and World of Possibilities, who knows they may take one on and give me a super discount card or ........ They have a great range of both budget and named brands to choose from with prices to fit most budgets. A reasonable cup of coffee for an in house café, and at a good price. Its a good place to lose yourself for an hour...or two. Child friendly, dog friendly, wallet friendly... all in all it's a friendly place to shop.

   Really big space and a lot of choices that can be made. I just Bought a BBQ and A soundbar wall mount. They also have a cafe inside which is neat. A public restropm for everyone. There is also people doing fundraising selling sausage sizzle and drinks. Which is really nice. You can pay via online and will also allow you to pay cash.

   I love this branch so much. Great prices, great range of products. There are so many interesting tools, plants and gadgets to look at, discover and potentially buy. The staff are easy going, always happy to help you find what you're after, and they don't pester you when you're just happy looking around. I love how the website tells you which isle you can find particular product - it was super helpful today after work, when I needed to pick up something quickly and didn't have much time. It's always a pleasure coming back.

   Never have any issues at this branch. Staff are very helpful even when they are extremely busy. The man in the plumbing section today was super friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Great prices & service and the sausages on a Sunday always go down a treat. Thank you.

   Went in for a very stupid question about my line trimmer - I'm a first time user and I know I was asking stupid questions. But Tom offered detailed support and demonstrated the instructions step by step to fix my problem, furthermore, provided support about what to do in the future, which part to purchase etc etc etc. He was very patient and professional, he made me feel empowered that I am capable to do it by myself. The lady at the entrance was super friendly and helpful as well. ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, GOOD PRICE AND AWESOME PRODUCTS with Bunnings Warehouse!!
