Hi a warning to customers , Me and my wife went evening Saturday to buy a digital camera for my daughter in jbhi new Lynn The experience was intimidating and scary for us as the manager was so rude when we Asked a question about where the xero x brand was made and he rudely replied that what a random question you have asked and what relevance has it got . He was totally thoroughly unprofessional and rude and was least interested in helping or having business. His attitude was basically I wonβt be friendly and you take it or leave the shop. These are the type of staff and managers who are basically responsible for the business collapse and closures especially when the market is so competitive. Please donβt visit the LynnMall jbhi as there is a pack of hounds of staff led by the manager who is absolutely indifferent and has no customer service inculcated in him . Kind regards

felt really uncomfortable being harrased by one of your staff members. i was just wanting to look at the phones, that staff member who harrased was wearing a black samasung shirt no work badge to tell if he works there but i just felt like i was ganged up on. he should of left me alone when one of the staff was greeting me first asking if i needed help and i said i am just browsing then thats when the other male staff member started to make me feel like i was trapped.. and his customer service was shocking. GRRRR i will never go back to your company ever again that is just disgusting service teach your staff how to approach customers better like if one staff member greets them and asks them questions then the other staff member should leave them alone and just let them shop.

I recently purchased an iPhone from JB Hi-Fi New Lynn and had a wonderful experience both over the phone and in-store. I spoke with Saraf, the sales representative, who assisted me throughout the process in a very positive and supportive manner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. While completing the billing, Saraf was also training a new team member and explained everything clearly and confidently a great example of his strong leadership and communication skills. Overall, I was really impressed with his service and professionalism.

Hi JB HI FI Customer Services Team, Normally me and family are shoppers at JB Hi Fi and we have a pleasant experience dealing with the team and staff members. We have been shopping with JB for over 10 years. Today we had an appalling experience with the staff at JB-HI-FI Lynn Mall. Based on the other reviews I have seen for JB-HI-FI Lynmall I am not at all surprised by this experience. I went in and asked when a very simple question. When is your black Friday sale on. There was a Samsung representative at the front of the store who didnβt know. Thats fine, but I was directed to ask the sales reps. I asked them the same question and they said "itβs sometime in November but we don't get the dates till one week away" - up till here the response was fine but they didn't stop here. They continued to say "see you then". I don't understand what exactly this response is meant to be insinuating? Also, the two male staff members continued to giggle, laugh and look at each other and make comments like "that was a good one" after one of they made that remark. We have spent thousands at JB-Hi-Fi so that comment leaves an absolute sour taste in our mouths for JB-Hi-Fi, 0 stars. Are you trying to say we are poor? By the looks of things from other reviews it seems that kiwis are being treated poorly here by the staff. I'll consider taking down this review if JB-Hi-Fi makes things right in any way they seem fit. Also, I would like an apology from the staff members involved as that comment was not called for. They also need to be trained on proper customer service and etiquette.

Disappointed with My Experience at JB Hi-Fi LynnMall I had a really disappointing experience today at JB Hi-Fi LynnMall. I purchased an iPad A16 11-inch along with a case, spending nearly $800 NZD, and walked away feeling frustrated. The staff pressured us into buying an additional warranty, falsely claiming that Appleβs 1-year manufacturer warranty wouldnβt be valid internationally β which is completely incorrect. Appleβs global warranty does cover international service, provided the product is available in the destination country. To make matters worse, they didnβt even provide a carry bag, saying they had run out β which is unacceptable given the value of the purchase. As a loyal JB Hi-Fi customer for over 10 years, this experience has left me seriously reconsidering where I shop in the future. I hope the store takes steps to better train their staff and improve customer service.

I waited in a zero person line at the check out for a good while, as multiple workers walked by and stared at me directly without serving me. There was one guy at the desk helper an elderly lady and another worker that was just standing by watching them? Anyways, during that whole thing about 2 people walked out from their staff door and another guy that originally greeted me at the front had come to the counter to talk to the girl that was just standing there? He opened a till, spoke to her and then they both strolled off separately. I watched them individually DO NOTHING. She finally came back and served me however should I have waited that long? More than 5 people working and not one to serve just one customer waiting in line to buy just 2 things?

LOCATION: in a mall. Always lots of parking. Not on Queen St - love that. WAIT TIME: zero wait time, served immediately. CUSTOMER SERVICE: warmly greeted by security, then efficiently served by counter staff. Good job everyone. It's a JB Hi-Five from me.

Their staff never smiles and treats us as if we are asking them for charity. I recently chased them for my android repair which I bought from there. Hopeless customer service. However the only helpful guy there was RYAN. Super supportive, smiling, went extra mile and gave all the information needed. His colleagues should learn from him
