   Hey just want to mention a big thanks to John at JB Hi-Fi Manukau! Absolute legend. I finished work on Monday 22/12/25 and arrived at JB around 4:30 pm. We were both greeted by a young handsome looking Asian guy (John) who helped us with our questions on the get go and was so pleasant and professional at the same time. We were given the option of an amazing deal and took it. We bought the JBL 320 speaker and I don’t regret getting this for hubby’s Christmas pressie! Thanks John for the awesome customer service experience, always with a smile! We will be back again at JB Hi-Fi Manukau for sure!!

   ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgraceful Price Match Policy JB Hi-Fi loves to advertise that they offer price matching, but the moment you actually ask them to honour it, the excuses come out faster than the staff can blink. It’s nothing more than false advertising dressed up as “policy.” I went in expecting a straightforward price match—something they loudly promote—but instead got fed a list of flimsy reasons why they “couldn’t do it.” Suddenly the other store was “too far,” “online only,” “limited stock,” or whatever else they could make up on the spot. It’s clear they’ll bend over backwards not to match a price, even when the competitor clearly meets their supposed criteria. If you’re going to brag about price matching, at least have the integrity to stand by it. Instead, JB Hi-Fi chooses to mislead customers with a promise they seem to have no intention of fulfilling. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the frustration—don’t rely on their so-called price match policy. It’s nothing but smoke and mirrors.

   Customer service from this store was faultless. I was served by Adrian, he helped me with a warranty and the process was straightforward and easy. Adrian was also very knowledgeable on a few products that I am wanting to purchase. When I return to purchase these items, I’ll be going back to him because of how helpful he was today. After having a terrible experience at the Wairau Park Store the service at the Manukau Store made me remember what good customer service is. Thanks!

   Bought a tv and took it out of the box to fit in my car. Came home and found out it had a cracked screen and wont even turn on. Had no help from these guy and all they said was coz its taken out of the box they cant help. You guys dont realise that not everyone can afford to pay for delivery or have a suv or bigger car. Some people are struggling financially. I don’t recommend buying anything from these guys coz if its gonna be faulty they are not gonna do anything about it.

   Went and bought a $4k qned tv from here package was immaculate when it got delivered but when I unpackaged it and plugged it on the TV appeared to have had a crack on the side I reported the issue ASAP and replacement was arranged right away. There was no drama & hassle free. Also, staff were excellent all around (DC & shop) Top service and great experience. Thank you JB Hi-Fi Manukau!
