Very nice and clean supermarket that near the Auckland cruise ship terminal. If you are coming in by a cruise ship and you miss a some essentials , this is the place for you. Their fresh fruit and vegetables section is very well maintained. Also all their dairy products. They have a small section of household goods and cleaning supplies! They also have a small pharmacy and flower shop too! And very large multi level car park also!

Fresh good with a wide selection of foods. Goods are well labeled and you can weigh good before you purchase. The staff are very friendly and the store is clean and tidy. Plenty of parking on site. Tuesday mornings are not busy at all

Free parking onsite - in the CBD and walking distance to Waitemata and various bus stops- with a lift, stairs and ramp mobility access is assured to get to the grocery level. Convenient hours to support most shoppers. Wide range of produce/products covering some international brands beyond Aotearoa/Australia. Prices vary compared to other stores at other locations, check carefully before placing in your trolley. Both self service check out counters and a few serviced check out lines available. Weekends appear busier than usual - but that doesn't really detract from shopping, with loads of trolleys and baskets available at the entrance. Happy shopping!

Woolworths Auckland City, located at 76 Quay Street in the heart of the CBD, is a large and well-stocked supermarket that caters to the fast-paced needs of inner-city residents, office workers, and tourists. Open 24 hours a day, it stands out for its unmatched convenience, especially for those working late shifts or looking to grab groceries after hours. The store layout is spacious and thoughtfully organised, making it easy to navigate whether youβre doing a full grocery run or just picking up a few essentials. The range of products is extensive, including fresh fruit and vegetables, a decent meat section, pantry staples, frozen meals, bakery items, and plenty of ready-to-eat options for people on the go. The customer service is generally praised, with many noting that the staff are polite, efficient, and helpfulβparticularly during busy times. Self-checkout is available and tends to move quickly, although queues can stretch down the aisles during peak periods, such as after work or around payday. Despite its strengths, there are a few recurring issues. Some customers have mentioned pricing inconsistencies on advertised specials and noted that the store can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when shelves are being restocked. Long queues during busy evenings are also a common complaint, with some shoppers saying theyβve spent more time waiting to pay than actually shopping. Still, Woolworths Auckland City remains a go-to option for many due to its central location, wide selection, and 24/7 accessibility. It may not be the calmest or most premium shopping experience, but it offers everything a city-based supermarket should: reliability, convenience, and a broad range of products to meet everyday needs at any hour.

Itβs a great store, pretty huge. They have great variety a huge selection. Most of the things are in stock. Produce was fresh, amazing options. Great meat options too, bread, snacks. Kitchen needs, household stuff, laundry, detergent. You name it and they have it. They have fresh musselβs. Amazing different flowers and plants. There were some herb plants too. Found some really nice deals, they have most of the items that are on promotion. Staff is nice, super quick to assist.

A couple of weeks ago a boy named Nicholas helped me with my gift card issue after the previous supervisor was clueless about what to do. He called the customer care number and talk to them on the phone for 45 minutes for me. He was super friendly while also helping other customer enquiries with a bubbly personality. The gift card problem was an unpleasant experience but Nicholas gave an excellent service while also helping me solve my situation.

Location is not ideal. Very scary as a lot of weird people patrolling down there, following customers and stealing. Need more security or covered/restricted access. I used to like going here to shop for my snacks for work however now I do not want to step foot in there because Iβm scared.

Other than running out of mangos the day I came into shop, they were wonderful. They have very nice meats and cheeses. I'm sure if I wasn't a tourist passing through with no cooking facilities and just a mini fridge, I would enjoy doing full grocery shopping there. Oh, and they have wonderful chocolate chip cookies!!
