   I’ve gone in 5 times this week for various things all 5 left me beyond annoyed. I’m sure a requirement to be hired is the inability to speak English. I asked “hey do you have zip ties in stock “ the lady looked at me like I’m daft, I said “ like cable ties ? “( and showed a picture ) she again just stared so I said “if you did have them where would it be “ she pointed to 5 different sections and sais “look”. I saw a cage that night at 10 pm the next morning 10am and they were all stacked on top of eachother about 30 with no labels showing. So I asked someone in the fitting room and she said “idk look” I said can you check on your device she said “pet section “ I said “no like is it still in stock “ she searches and it says 3 on hand she then says “we don’t” like I’m stupid (I also ended up finding it when I went in the afternoon with a man who can lift it ). I was so sick of it I did a click and collect which was canceled 3 hours later. I then went in for a table cloth and again asked someone “hey where are your table cloths “ she again looked at me like I’m daft and just said “cloth ? Table ?” Every time I asked. Don’t go in you’ll regret there’s also no stock just empty boxes because everyone steals

   Yesterday I visited the Kmart Albany store, which was, as always, very busy and crowded. I was searching for a creative, science-themed toy for my 5-year-old’s birthday and found it difficult to choose the right one. Eddy, the Kmart store operator, listened carefully to my requirements, guided me to the correct aisle, and showed me a range of toys that matched what my son really wanted. He continued to check in on me to ensure everything was okay and thoughtfully suggested useful extras like wrapping paper, birthday candles, and party poppers. A big Thanks to Eddy and the wider Kmart team for offering such a wide variety of products at affordable prices and for creating an in-store experience that leaves a truly memorable, positive impression.

   Don't bother calling for assistance as it's useless. No one picks up and you're stuck talking to the most annoying voice actor mother can love. I feel embarrassed for the lady who voice acted for the automated message as overtime I wanna jam chopsticks through my eardrums and I assume everyone else would too. Merry Christmas and be better.

   Received help from a lovely worker by the name of Jaimee and saying she changed my life would be an understatement! The clothing section looked fabulous for such a busy day and she was the only employee I saw even attempting to have it looking proper! She helped me at my worst after feeling like a whale in a sundress but she made me realise I am beautiful regardless, I went out for lunch later on in that same dress and have never felt more fabulous, truly life changing customer service xx Sue-Ann.

   'Disorganised' would be my word of choice for this store. The queues are massive (through no fault of the store), but are managed poorly. Self-checkout attendants aren't attentive and don't check the checkouts for abandoned transactions, which would open up more tills. The shelves have labels where products should be, yet almost none of them are relevant to the actual product above them. The only thing they have going for them are their prices and opening hours.

   Very bad experience really worst! We spend approximately 45 minutes to choose things and finding more things in the rug section one indian staff member came just took our trolley without inform and place all goods again on shelves . When we asked staff members laughed how ridiculous! Night time service too much poor ! I never recommend to anyone .

   Amazing service! Riley was so wonderfully helpful when we bought in a massive amount of returns. I was struggling to find the time to get in (baby) so bought a number of clothing items in different sizing online, over lots of different orders (due to ever changing stock availability). My husband found her so lovely and helpful, I can only imagine how painful it all was. Thanks so much Riley, you were so kind and patient!
