   Dear Noel Leeming Warkworth, I arrived at your fine establishment exactly one minute after closing—sixty measly seconds, the length of time it takes to microwave a single potato—and was greeted by the sliding doors locked tighter than Manager Varun’s heart. There he stood, guardian of the threshold, arms presumably crossed, face arranged in the customer-service equivalent of a “Do Not Disturb” sign. I politely explained that I only needed to make one quick purchase—a final Christmas gift for my son, because tomorrow is, you know, Christmas Day. Varun’s response? A flat, robotic “Sorry, tills are closed.” Meanwhile, actual customers—real humans with baskets—were still wandering the aisles like it was a leisurely Sunday stroll. So either your tills possess the mystical ability to phase through dimensions and close while simultaneously remaining open, or someone’s fibbing. I tried reason. I tried festive pleading. I even threw in a casual “Come on, mate, it’ll take thirty seconds.” Nothing. Not a flicker. Varun stared at me with the cold, unblinking empathy of a refrigerator on display—ironically appropriate for an appliance store. I asked if there was anything, anything at all, that might make him reconsider. He looked as though I’d asked him to donate a kidney on the spot. Look, I get it: rules, punctuality, clock-watching, the sacred ritual of shutting down exactly at closing time so staff can sprint to their cars. But when a desperate parent is standing outside begging to spend money in your store for the sake of Christmas morning joy, maybe—just maybe—consider bending the space-time continuum by a single minute? Apparently not. Noel Leeming Warkworth would rather protect its precious closing procedure than allow one quick transaction that would have taken less time than Varun spent explaining why he couldn’t let me in. Congratulations on prioritizing process over people, rigidity over basic human decency, and the tills over a child’s Christmas surprise. Truly world-class customer service. I’ll be sure to arrive fifteen minutes early next time… to shop somewhere else. Merry Christmas to you too

   We have visited the store twice in the past month and have on both occasions found the service exceptional. They are well staffed, the staff are friendly and helpful. The range of products is very good. We were given a very good discount on the first occasion with the use of our gold card, and on the second occasion were given another great discount due to the kings birthday sale. I recommend the store highly for those wishing to purchase their next appliance.

   Such a tidy store. The staff are fantastic. Your product selection is ever improving. My favourite staff members who have always been extremely helpful to me are Briana, Mele, and Harry (Harry helped on opening day from another Noel leemings). Harry taught me a great deal about many appliances/processes and was very friendly and kind He went out of his way to find the last 2 of these very expensive powerbanks on a very busy opening day for me. Mele (forgive me I can't remember how to spell her full name, she's the lovely tongan girl) is very friendly, helpful, funny and kind. She tries her best to help you to the best of her abilities. Briana goes above and beyond to help you out with orders even if it may inconvenience her. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and goes the extra mile to help you to get a great deal which she doesn't even have to do but chooses to and I am always ever grateful. These are staff that are always pleasant and I find I can rely on in great detail. I highly recommend them. Some of my experiences here: I received a fantastic deal here on a washer and dryer, fantastic advice on different appliances and I feel that almost every time I walk in, something I need/want is on sale. I don't have to do much when walking into the store. I'll usually be greeted with a smile and a how're you, can I help with anything today etc and pleasant banter. All my experiences here are always positive. Staff Service/Friendliness: 5/5 Product selection: 5/5 Store appearance: 5/5 Expectations: 5/5 Staff knowledge: 5/5
