Came in for some guidance on what materials for a corset back since our seamstress gave no advice on what to buy. I cannot thank the staff enough especially the lovely 2 ladies that were managing the fabrics upstairs; for their support! I was very indecisive because although there were a lot of selections, you were out of the items that I really wanted. However, I managed to find others very close to what I want. Thank you for being my listening ears and the positivity I needed. I took that decision and have no regrets! The products I bought were gorgeous and for very good prices. Massive range of fabrics and bedding. From the outside the shop looks small but it is quite large in there and has more than you would think. I was looking for iron on patch material and the staff were happy to help even though it was 20 minutes to closing. The fabrics is upstairs so if you have mobility issues the stairs might be an issue.
Just picked up a throw, wool for 2 beds. $23.00 each. Fantastic price 130 x 180 cm
Friendly and helpful staff. The entry/exit gets quite congested as there is a large entry only gate, forcing all exiting customers in a single file past the register. I often pay for my purchases at the upstairs counter, and find it difficult to exit past a queue of people at the front register.
Staffs are so friendly and knowing the product well. I always find thing to make for my family. Great selection and choices.
Disappointing. Asked staff for help, she said "I don't know" and walked away. The store is dirty, lots of price tags missing, areas are poorly labeled and unorganised. And I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this one totally earned :(
