Very helpful as we were narrowing down our preferred choice, never made us feel pressured as we went back and forth between options, and offered us some extra deals as well. Luke is a huge credit to your business! He also was the one delivering our mattress so it made us feel really comfortable with our purchase. Mattress was delivered a few days ahead of schedule too! “A week ago i went into Botany Store to enquire about a Remote for my Tempur Base........Wendy was efficient in taking my Details and my requirements.......4 days later Wendy Updated me on the process of Ordering the Remote from Australia.....im pleased to say it had arrived and i had a call from Wendy that it had arrived. I went to Pick up the Remote and was Happy to deal with Both Wendy and her Boss Andy......i was very lucky to get the CORDED Remote as they dont make it anymore,,,,,i was very Happy with the Service ....efficient..... thanks Botany Bedpost”

“I recently purchased a mattress from Bedpost. They've got a comprehensive and hygienic display room; available mattresses have a range of firmnesses, zoning and prices. I had visited a number of bed-stores in the Mt Wellington area with great showrooms too, but what really stood out to me at Bedpost was the fantastic customer service. I found it quite awkward trying out beds in other shops, but CJ made me felt right at home and encouraged me to try it out in store for as long as I wanted before committing to a purchase. This I found incredibly valuable as buying a mattress is not cheap! Additionally, he listened to my needs and was quick to point me towards some suitable mattress options in the showroom to try. He knew the details of each mattress off the back of his hand which made me feel well taken care of (especially because I had a ton of questions!). Notable as well is that Bedpost also has a 30-day trial to help with your decision-making, too. Once I made the purchase, the pick-up and inquiry process afterward was all seamless; the Bedpost team was always prompt in their responses and always did the best they could to assist. I would 10/10 recommend!”
