Had a fairly unfortunate experience with Country Road and their online shopping. Placed an order on 05 January 2025, received a dispatch email on 13 January 2025 saying items will be delivered within 3-5 business days but to please allow for extra time during sales/promotions. So I waited until 30 January 2025 to contact customer support, who couldn't even provide me with tracking details. They said I need to wait another 3-5 days before a case manager will contact me about my order. I asked if they could please escalate the case more quickly given the order was placed 25 days ago and they said it's not possible and it's my fault I didn't contact them sooner. I live 35mins from the store they had dispatched the order from.

I recently visited Country Road Botany and was blown away by the exceptional service from Courtney! She truly goes above and beyond for her customers! Courtney takes the time to understand customer needs and her knowledge and enthusiasm helped me find what I was looking for. I also lost a personal item when I was in store, and she was so helpful that I was able to find it in the end. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to her fantastic service! Highly recommend!

Staffs are always helpful and nice. Never had bad experience shopping here. I just wish they would stock more items like they do in New Market and Sylvia Park.
