   Pathetic customer service during click n collect The staffs were very rude they dont know how to serve the customer very disappointed with the service I understand that festive season is around the corner and pretty much sure that store is busy but that doesn’t mean you serve the customers rudely telling me that the items wont fit in my car when infact its my vehicle and i know better whether it will fit or not Go and improve your skills on serving customers than come on the floor

   I went into Kmart Papatoetoe to return a recall on product Portable Blender only to be turned away and told a receipt is needed. I later checked the Kmart website, it says a recall product must be returned to the store with or without receipt for refund. This is standard safety. Workers for Kmart Papatoetoe please understand product safety! ‼️Update: Kmart NZ have been notified and they will look further into the matter

   Kmart anywhere is my favorite. Thanks Australia. If you don't have to ask for actual help, in this store, in nz. Talk about minimal. Great products is why I shop there. Don't push your luck after that. I find the checkouts lazy. You ask for a computerised quote (They now say no) We dont do that!? Like you think they write it!?. It's not from Australia, that's lazy nz checkout operators or just in the last few years - protocols are not 'Nz friendly' to those less fortunate. Bias against beneficiaries in doing so. Australia misses on thousands of dollars because of these recent years of 'tardiness' entering our country. Nz Children, babies, families miss out on the economical products offered to us because these stores attitudes against what it is meant to support, its communities. It dies within. It's own credibility. Manukau - worst, extra lazy at this. Nz is already bias, you double it for families. Australia proud of you cousins. Thanks for your support, love' The products!' !!

   All Kmarts in general are pretty useless. Wanna bet? Try to buy a fan heater, and every useless store would stay out of stock. Useless management all in all.

   Most tidy and well stocked Kmart I have ever been to. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Think I'll just go here each time rather than be disappointed in other stores or avoid online shopping cancellations.

   The worst customer care experience ever I had in my life. When I smiled at them as a good morning wish, the front staff didn't smile back and rude at me and looked at me like and told don't talk or do it when I am working. That's I never experienced in my life ever. I am not going to back anymore as we have lots of kmart in papatoetoe/manukau area.

   Most excellent click and collect experience in level 3. order was ready in just under 3 hours. very clear instructions provided. despite them looking extremely busy in the store, they all seemed to work like a well oiled machine!!
