   Thank you Nico for helping me find a very nice grinder. Really appreciate his knowledge on product and humorous service attitude. He gave me very detailed instructions on the grinder to make coffee for different machines, French press or mokapot. Very patient! My coffee machine is still in maintenance and will probably need his support to find a nice machine. Also thanks the manager, he is also friendly.

I have been to other Kitchen Things and other outlets with broader and bigger range, but the amazing service from these three lads kept bringing us to Kitchen Things Botany.    I have purchased many appliances from this store over the past 2 years for residential and commercial projects. At all times Ravi and his team have been amazing to deal with by providing helpful service, especially when we need items at short notice. For example, I ordered a tap for a commercial renovation just yesterday afternoon and Ravi made sure it arrived this morning to meet our fit off deadline! This level of customer care and service is rare.

   Bought fridge from here the service in store was ok, but delivery service was very poor, damaged my property and denying that damage was done by them making us look as if we are lying even though witness was present.It is our new property with no damages why would we blame them for no reason the matter was reported as soon as it happened and still denying, very disappointing. Won’t be going there again with all the hassle and stress this company has given us.

   Went to buy a washer, but it was almost like they didn't want a sale, didn't have the washer and said the wait was about three months if i gave them a 50% deposit but no promises they might get me one, tried to upsale, but went to Harvey Norman and there we go, same price, same machine and took it home that same day

   19Nov16 Three years ago we bought our very expensive Bosch washing machine and Bosch clothes dryer here. The washing machine does two loads a day and the dryer one load a day depending on the weather. Completely reliable!! What I like about this store is that the staff use the products they sell. So they know the tips and cautions. Plus, they are only a ten minute drive from my place if something goes wrong.
