   Kmart is one of my favorite places to shop because it has pretty much everything you could need, all in one place. From clothes to electronics, home goods, toys, and even snacks, it’s super convenient and easy to find what you’re looking for. The prices are really reasonable too, which makes it perfect for shopping on a budget. The store is clean and well-organized, so it’s easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or point you in the right direction. I especially like how they constantly update their stock with new and trendy items — it never feels boring. Overall, Kmart is a reliable, affordable, and enjoyable shopping spot. Whether you’re just popping in for a quick item or spending a bit of time exploring, it’s always a good experience. Definitely one of my go-to stores!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Store Manager Samantha Monk I want to give a huge appreciation to Samantha Monk, the store manager. She truly went above and beyond for me. While other staff at Kmart Sylvia were unwilling to help or put in any effort, Samantha took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my situation. Even though I didn’t have my receipt, she patiently searched for it and made sure I was looked after. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way made such a big difference. She understand the value of someone’s money and did her best to help. Thank you, Samantha you turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Kmart is lucky to have someone like you!

   Such a great store for those who have just relocated to NZ and need to buy everything. There’s a great variety. They only lose one star because some things are quite hard to find (I had to root through duvet inners to find the one I want) and many things don’t have the price on (apparently there is a app you can use to check the price but I couldn’t download this as my app store is not set to NZ)

   Bought a pair of Neoprene Dumbbells from this Kmart of 7Kg stature. I wish to do many exercises at home & the neoprene varition was perfect for me. Got it at a nice price too. Highly recommend this place and will be back again. Came back to gran a Stepper and a Spin Lock Barbell to complete my gym set up at home. Pricing was so right and all the items look strong enough.

   They had what I wanted and the staff are friendly and I usually come to this one. But why the 2 stars: Because even though they had a supervisor telling people to move along when the checkouts were free I reckon they could improve the checkout area a bit more and maybe add more that can accept cash payments as well. Just little things that can help people who don’t have a eftpos or credit card to pay for their stuff

   They said it's 24 hours but then when I got there it was close anyway very disappointing. On the website they said 2d hours but yet they lies so waste of time and money for travel to get there and got told they close at 8pm . And plus they never picked up the phone when you call. So I would say worse Kmart ever.

   The worst store ever! - DO NOT COME I’ve gone into this Kmart at Sylvia park 3 times looks for a item (Dog ramp) it says it has 19 in stock!! Then walked in all 3 times and all 3 times They had none it’s crazy I hate this as I need this item as soon as possible I would like this item to come in stock In the store not the website! As the website is so hard to find how to make a rating a have spent 10 minutes of my time looking how to leave a rating.
