   I have been a loyal Country Road customer for over 6 years, purchasing clothing for both myself and my children. Sadly, after my recent experience at the Albany store, I will not be returning or purchasing from Country Road again. We bought a long sleeve shirt for my son, and after less than an hour of wear, the inside fabric began shedding heavily, causing skin irritation. When we returned to the store to request an exchange, we were met with unhelpful and dismissive service from two staff members, who insisted there was no quality issue and refused to assist us further. As a long-time customer who has always trusted the brand for its quality and service, I was incredibly disappointed, not just by the faulty product, but by the complete lack of care shown by the staff. Though the issue was eventually resolved by the store manager, the overall experience has changed the way I view the brand. I expect better from a company that positions itself as a premium label.

   I had to come on here and praise Jacynta from albany country road! Jacynta greeted me with a genuine warm and friendly smile on arrival, she was SO helpful and she went above and beyond to help me find two of the same dresses in the right size- calling multiple stores! I was so grateful for the amazing customer service on my birthday , ❤️❤️❤️❤️

   Thursday, the 16th, around 11 am, I had the worst customer service experience with a male cashier who had blonde, curly short hair. He was extremely rude and unfriendly. His tone of voice and facial expressions were unprofessional, and to top it off, he nearly threw the shopping bag onto the counter at the end. This individual clearly needs retraining on how to treat customers. It was the most unpleasant experience, and I never want to go through something like this again.

   I am absolutely appalled that a highly respectable brand would have such a rude, inexperienced store manager at their Albany store. Julia was unprofessional from the minute I walked in and refused to exchange an item I had purchased that is faulty. She spoke down to me saying the fault was my fault (when in fact that is not true), rolled her eyes and spoke to another team member in another language then threatened to call security when I advised that she is going against the Consumers Guarantee Act.

   would like to send my heart felt thanks and appreciation to a young man who works there by the name of Nick. He has worked there for some time and now I think holds the position of Store Merchandiser. The times I visit the store can be weeks even months apart and every single time (without exception) he calls me by my name! I always feel so welcome. Thank you Nick.
