   I never do reviews, but these two really went above and beyond for me today. Shout out to Lucas and Alphons (sorry if I misspelt your names) for helping me out! Lucas took the time to chat and also help me pick out a last minute gift for my Xmas shopping. He was very patient, and knew his stuff well. Even took the time to offer other options due to no stock for the item I was looking for (which not a lot of people do!!). Alphons helped assist in bringing out the items to take a look at them giving extra advice on what would work well. Coming from someone who’s worked in retail, these two did so well and cannot thank them enough! Merry Xmas you two and take care of that knee, Lucas!

   Samara was the absolute GOAT. She was super kind helped me as soon as I hit the front door and was with me the whole way! She had the best customer service and honestly needs to be recognised at her job! She needs a raise! In terms of my customer experience, right from A - Z she really paid attention to what I needed and offered the best she could with what was available instore. Thank you so much Samara A+++++ service! JBHIFI you need to make sure you look after this young woman because she is truly an asset.

   Have had such a good experience for our families phone contracts and tech with Tayler at JB hifi. She sorted our plans with 2 degrees and helped upgrade 3 sets of numbers with ease. Always communicating either email/ text. Best customer service and super knowledgeable. Thanks so much Tayler!

   I visited this store this afternoon and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at the checkout. The young lady at the counter was extremely unprofessional and showed no basic customer service skills. From start to finish, there was no smile, no greeting, and not a single polite word. When I asked if she could provide me with a bag cuz I literally saw other customers has got a bag with exactly the product I got , her response was simply a blunt refusal without offering any alternative solution. What should have been a pleasant shopping experience turned into a disappointing one due to this interaction. I truly hope management can take this feedback seriously and provide proper customer service training, as front desk staff represent the image of the store.

   Great place to visit, been here before. They carry most of the products we want to buy, good location and free parking. Shannon also give us deals and Simi is a nice person to talk to and doing a good job in protecting at JB HIFI. Do come here for nice discounted products and I will be back again.

   A few days ago I went in hoping to buy a 4K release that has eluded me. They didn't have it in stock, and so when I got to the counter I asked the young lady there if they could order the disc. She took the time to check the computer and then call another JB in Auckland to get it transferred in. She was smiling, super friendly, and just so so lovely... thank you, Ocean (hope I didn't misspell her name!) :) ~Teddy
