I always luv to shop at K Mart as I always get Alot of cool bargins. And because it can get real busy and and the fact that I'm in a wheelchair and the staff don't like me waiting in the long queue there. they like me to come around to the returns waiting desk instead, which is the o totally wonderful for me and I'm so very grateful for that help and support. Thanks and Merry Christmas from .. Carolyn you and joyce

Bought some stuff from here. Heaps of things on special. Customer service was very slow and no one at the front counter to help. The place looks messy everywhere. It’s a nice big Kmart and open from 8am to midnight.

Kmart St Lukes Visited: June 2025 What I experienced: Bought a new bike for my toddler – loved that we could try it out in-store β€” Popped into Kmart St Lukes to buy a bike for my toddler and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to compare and test them in-store. They had a good selection of kids’ bikes fully assembled and on display, which made a huge difference β€” we could check seat height, handlebar reach, and even let our toddler sit on a few to see what felt right. The layout in the toys and bikes section is spacious enough to navigate with a pram or trolley, and there were both training-wheel and balance bike options in various colours. Price-wise, it’s hard to beat β€” most bikes were well under $100, and they had helmets and accessories right there too, so it’s a one-stop shop. Staff were friendly when we needed help with a boxed version of the same model, and there were plenty available to grab straight off the shelf. TIP: Bring your toddler in with you β€” being able to physically try the bike helped us avoid guesswork and made it a fun little outing. Also, weekdays before 11am are much quieter if you’re trying to avoid the weekend crowd. Would I recommend it? Yes β€” for convenience, price, and having bikes fully set up to view in person, it’s a great option for toddler gear. Easy parking via the mall and a smoother experience than I expected.

Kmart St Lukes is a great place for affordable shopping with a wide variety of products. Whether you’re looking for home essentials, clothing, electronics, or beauty products, they have plenty of options at budget-friendly prices. The store layout is spacious, making it easy to navigate, though it can get quite busy, especially on weekends. The self-checkout system is convenient, but sometimes there are long queues during peak hours. Staff are generally helpful, though finding assistance on the floor can be a bit tricky at times. Overall, it’s a good place for everyday shopping, and I’d recommend it if you’re after quality items at reasonable prices.

Why when you find a product in their search, does it not tell you whether it is actually in the store or not to come an have a look? Why is the phone number (to check if the product is in the store) on this google search for K-Mart St Lukes cutting off when you call it. Why can't you go back when you are shunted along to billing and need to exit the webpage to get out of it. These are not areas that suggest service is a priority of this company.

Sunday 30 th July 2 pm. The checkout que is all the way over to kids toys dept, easily 200m long. Kmart time to rethink the self service checkouts, most people are idiots so need help using them. This is crazy.

Kmart at St. Lukes is a pleasant destination for purchasing toys, clothing for our children, as well as various home items. However, on multiple occasions (at least 3 times), we have encountered bullying behavior from an employee(woman) in the changing room who happens to be of Indian descent. This individual consistently treats us with hostility and disdain, and we are unsure of the underlying reasons. It is possible that she holds racist views. We discoverd that, unfortunately, our friends have also experienced bullying from the same person, even more frequently than us. Despite their efforts to address this issue with the manager (few days ago), the response from the Indian manager has been dismissive and unhelpful. As members of the vibrant Auckland community, we and our firends actively promote peace and social harmony, inviting individuals from diverse backgrounds into our homes or center to partake in special events incl. diverse cultural celebrations. Encountering such negative individuals within our community is absolutely unacceptable. While everyone can make mistakes, persistently engaging in and perpetuating such behavior, rooted in one's own culture, within a positive society is highly inappropriate. Therefore, I sincerely hope that this message captures the attention of Kmart authorities, prompting them to take appropriate action regarding the presence of racist staff members, including the manager. If requested, we can provide further details with facts.

Placed an online order for collection last night and now it is the next day at 11.30 am with no notification or response if my order is even ready. I’ve already tried calling but I get cut off. Edit: it’s currently 1.45pm and I guess they’re not going to pack my order so I just go in-store. When I was in the queue I noticed they had 5 or 6 people just waiting for their own online order, but none of the orders were even packed so these people were waiting even longer for something that should’ve been packed before hand

Kmart is the anchor store for this Westfield branded mall! Never in a million years would I assume Kmart being an anchor store for a mall. As an American, Kmarts are almost all shuttered in the US. I've heard that Kmart in New Zealand and Australia are considered nice, in the way that Americans see Target as "nice." I'd say this target is maybe 1/2 or 1/3 of the size of a US Kmart. The main section seems to be for clothing, and then home decor items. I noticed there were quite a bit of items for social media, like ring lights and phone stands, and colourful strip lights. I noticed most of the items were house branded / generic items. I'm not familiar with the quality of these items but they were on pretty much everything. There isn't much of a snack section or toys or practical items for the home that I saw.
