   I went here first for fence paint, but they ran out of the one I was looking for. So the staff at the paint department quickly found mitre 10 Mt Wellington who had the product. I salute to their professional and prompt service.

   The franchisee manager here is extremely unprofessional — rude, dismissive, and at times appears discriminatory. The store is understaffed, yet the manager lashes out at customers instead of fixing the problem. The “price guarantee” is also misleading, especially when the offers and availability clearly match Bunnings but still aren’t honoured. Very disappointing experience.

   These guys are a bit hit and miss. I recommend them on many things. But if you buy a faulty item, their policy leaves a lot to be desired. It becomes the purchasers problem. To return. And resolve. Which in my case is problematic. I don't have a car. I bought a large ticket item in good faith. It had to be returned to store first use. Since then. Problematic. They tell me my logistics are my job. Faulty product logistics should not be my problem. To return again and again.

   My first visit to this store as it was close by where I was. What a great place! Delightful and helpful staff. I usually visit a MEGA Mitre 10 which is very different. Would definitely shop here again. Might be smaller but got what I needed.

   Staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Have many items in-stock. Click-and-collect are also fast and efficient. They have plenty of their own parking spaces. They also have 1 parking space where you can charge your EV, provided by Jolt. Getting out to Richmond Road can be quite challenging depending on the time of the day, as traffic flow on that road is often really heavy.

   Great to have a neighbourhood hardware store. The range isn't the best but it is a small store. Would be great if they increased the range and / or footprint of the store. Now comes with free EV chargers - bonus!
