“Wow what an amazing place! First time in the staff Greeted me with a welcoming G'day. Unfortunately I'm gluten free (celiac) However this wasn't a problem as they had a few different opinions. The Kebab came out before I could sit down, To say the service was outstanding is an understatement. My first bite left me wondering if I should get up & order a second (the portion to price was definitely correct) it was absolutely delicious. “I must command the excellent service I got today at the Warehouse Albany. A product I needed was not on shelf. The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. “I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. “Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.”

“My friend and I went to a restaurant and ordered The Limo 1 Metre Pizza with 3 flavors and 2 sides. Despite the busy time, the staff was very friendly. They were handling both pick-up and delivery orders, but we decided to dine in. The staff members were still smiling and our order was prepared quickly and served fresh. We enjoyed our meal, although we couldn't finish the entire 1 metre pizza. The staff kindly provided us with a small box to take the leftovers home. We appreciate the excellent customer service and delicious pizza. Keep up the good work!”

“Dan, you are awesome. We recently purchased a Laptop from Noel Leamings at Westgate. It was a replacement for my desktop which I had used for some time. Being not too up to date with tech, we had Dan at Noel Leeming’s Tech desk transfer all our files across to the new computer. He managed to transfer a great deal of data across to the laptop and he was so helpful walking us through the set-up. We found the entire process very convenient, and Dan’s expertise was invaluable. He untangled the tricky mess I had made of my passwords and my multiple email accounts with complete professionalism.
