   Lincoln Pizza Hut is one of the best Pizza Hut in west Auckland Thank you guys so much. Indian boys provide Great service. Our order was made wrong but they fixed it. I always prefer only Lincoln road pizza for last 20 years thx guys.

   12-11-2024. 8:00 pm. Really frustrated with this branch. My boyfriend ordered super supreme with garlic stuffing. The guy in front of the counter couldn’t even understand what he’s saying. It’s supposed to be super supreme pizza but we got this cheese pizza. So disappointed. This is our dinner and we only got this cheese pizza. Please hire someone who can understand kiwi accent. Please. Thank you

   RUDE, unprofessional and no care in the world for their customers. I can think of plenty OTHER Pizzahut’s in West Auckland that provides better service. Do yourself a favour and go to the other restaurants, not this one. We called to order two Limo pizza’s which WERE NOT showing on the app or website, and the rude man on the phone told us that they do not take orders for this specific pizza on the phone - only the app. When we explained the issue with the website and app, he replies with, “I’m gonna check myself”. Excuse me? So he checks, and surprise surprise - not on there. He then tells us that it will take an hour and a half to make our order… for TWO PIZZAS?! Then HANGS UP THE PHONE. Didn’t ask what flavours, name for pick up, just says prep will be underway and it’ll be ready for pick up after the timeframe given. To whoever owns or manages this restaurant, you need to CHECK your staff.

   We order pizzas from Pizza Hut Lincoln Road pretty often, always through the app and mostly for pickup. The pizzas are usually always great but tonight we picked up our pizzas, got home to eat them and couldn’t understand why the bases weren’t the usual pan base. I went back on the app to see what could have gone wrong to see that Gluten Free Base was the only option on all pizzas. I can only assume they had run out of regular dough. They were horrible and had we known, wouldn’t have ordered. I wonder how many other people were as disappointed as us.

   I ordered a meat lover pizza and chicken wings from the Pizza Hut at Henderson Lincoln Road. However, I was really disappointed with my experience. The pizza tasted extremely salty with a dry crust that lacked freshness. The toppings were poorly distributed and felt more like scattered toppings rather than an actual pizza. As for the chicken wings, they were really low quality and tasted as if they had been boiled instead of deep-fried. Overall, this was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've had in New Zealand. I do not recommend this location and suggest people to think twice before ordering from here.

   Absolute joke. How can such a big company like Pizza Hut be so inept on such a basic level? Staff and delivery drivers either don't care or aren't very smart. Order pizza online at 1600 for 1830 delivery. Turns up 18 mins late, cold and not the San Francisco style like ordered. Don't waste your money or time with these clowns.
