   Amazing customer service at Noel Leeming Westgate. Raj is very knowledgeable, helpful, very calm, we spent more than 45 min asking him so many questions about so many different dishwashers, he answered every single one. Thank you for your help, this company is lucky to have you Raj.

   Worst service ever. I walked into the store spoke a one of the guys about a MacBook. He told me he will go get someone to help. 3 sales people were sitting in front of a computer behind the counter, none of them got up from their arses to come and help, totally ignoring the customers in store. The girl working there was rather dancing around at the door, after waiting for 30 minutes I walked out. Will never go back there again Worst service.

   I placed an order on the website with “Click & Collect in one hour” clearly stated. I arrived at the store after about two and a half hours, only to be told that the item was not in stock. I accepted that these things can happen. However, a full week passed with no updates, no messages, and no follow-up from the store. In the end, I had to return to the branch myself just to request a refund. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. If Click & Collect is advertised, stock availability and customer updates should be handled properly.

   I've bought two tv's, two mac's, one Microsoft Surface and any number of appliances in the last few years (teenagers are expensive) from Noel Leeming, but I won't be shopping there again. I had a $250 gift card received for a previous purchase, that was two weeks out of date - completely my fault, but life happens and six months isn't that long a period for the card to be valid. I appreciate they don't have to honour it, but being told "it's only a promotional card and the manager says you can see the expiry date clearly" leaves a sour taste. At the very least appropriate customer service would be to speak to me yourself and provide a more empathetic reply. What I could see is that they didn't need my custom, so I went and purchased Apple Watch from JB HiFi

   Dan, you are awesome. We recently purchased a Laptop from Noel Leamings at Westgate. It was a replacement for my desktop which I had used for some time. Being not too up to date with tech, we had Dan at Noel Leeming’s Tech desk transfer all our files across to the new computer. He managed to transfer a great deal of data across to the laptop and he was so helpful walking us through the set-up. We found the entire process very convenient, and Dan’s expertise was invaluable. He untangled the tricky mess I had made of my passwords and my multiple email accounts with complete professionalism. We would like to express our supreme thanks to Dan for making the process so seamless, he was friendly and highly informative. We were extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks once again Noel Leaming, Westgate. Gary and Cara.

   They need appropriate staff for products they are selling. Went to buy a Bluetooth speaker and got an older guy who wasn't really into music so we had to ask for someone who was into music so we could get what we were after.

   Best experience ever. Alan the manager was very helpful. Our newly purchased LG fridge was giving us a lot of problems. And LG wasn’t helping us much about sorting out those issues. But Alan went out of his way and offered us a credit or a replacement. Really happy with Alan’s customer service. Great person to deal with. 5 ⭐️ to Noel leeming Westgate.

   Disinterested staff. They didn't sell exact product I asked for so that was it. Then I found another product myself that served the purpose. Mystified why I wasn't offered that. Group of staff talking really didn't want to stop for customer service initially. Boy, they couldn't wait to get rid of me Ageism? Who knows. Girl behind till more interested in her phone, but still managed to get something else I asked for. So OK. Whatever.
