I have been back to Pizza Hut for years. Got into the habit of buying Dominoes. i am pleasantly surprised. I got Peperoni cheese stuffed crust and two Cheese stuffed crust Pizza. One was cheese and Garlic and the other was Triple Cheese stuffed crust. What I notice is way more cheese than Dominoes. The Pizza are heavier! There are more expensive FYI. Pictures attached.
Terrible organisation from the staff at this store. Placed an order for delivery with one pizza missing from the order. When we spoke to the store about it they said they will make another and resend it. Over an hour later we called back as we still hadn’t received it, after a confusing conversation we found they had forgotten to give it to the delivery driver for a 2nd time. I then had to drive to the store to collect it. Pizza was cold as it likely sat on the bench for close to an hour.
Pizza was over an hour late. Pizza was cold and sides were cold too. Rang 0800 number put on hold for 30 mins and nothing. Have rung many times to have call answered and hung up immediately. Seems to be consistantly bad. A real shame as they used to be better. Finally got throught the next day, was given a refund, and offered pizza at no charge. But sadly this could have been fixed with answering your phone.
The roster team there is kind & friendly. This place has become my favourite pizza destination, especially when it has a cheese crust menu back yeaay!!
I was expected more from a pizza hut in a main city of waitakere but in a very small place they have managed to deliver a good service. The crew is good and very friendly. But the atmosphere is not. We had a great pizza.
App was really clunky, ended up ordering and charged twice, staff were very obliging and apologetic for the delay of my order. Manager assured me, I would be credited on my credit card for being charged twice, it will be a week tomorrow, still haven’t seen credit. I’ll change the wording of this review if there’s any change…. 2 weeks later, approached manager, as credit was still not forthcoming, asked him what was easier, credit refund or doing the order again, after consultation, he says credit is still being processed but if I still wanted the order again, he would do it too. So all good. Follow up, 3mths later, no credit refund, so it was good, that order was done again.
