   Had such a personalised experiense and Ingé was so helpful. We are the first time partens and had zero knowledge where to start and she helped us and made our experience so smooth. She went above and beyond to help us and guided us for the right product. BabyBunting Albany is so lucky to have a satff like her. She is definately an asset to the comapy. Would recommended her for anyone who is becoming first time parents.

She showed outstanding product knowledge about baby car seats and strollers, taking the time to explain the features, safety ratings, and differences between models so we could make an informed decision. Dawn answered all our questions patiently and made the whole process easy and stress-free for us. Her friendly approach and expertise really stood out, and we highly recommend her help to anyone shopping for baby gear.

   We visited Baby Bunting Albany and were helped by Dawn, who was absolutely amazing. Even though we didn’t end up buying anything on the day, she spent plenty of time with us, explaining everything clearly and giving genuinely helpful, educational advice without any pressure to purchase. As first-time parents, we really appreciated her knowledge, patience, and warm attitude. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, and we’ll definitely be back because of her.    Extremely poor customer service and I would never purchase anything from this store again. I queried with their customer support team about a warranty claim on my capsule and was told to go into store. I drove 45mins across town to try and sort. First lady at the counter was Extremely rude and then talked to the manager and they were to get back to me after they make some enquiries. That was 2 weeks ago and a follow up with no response to date.

   Overall: avoid this store. Shop elsewhere - spend your money on local businesses. Breakdown: Pricing: most products are exactly the same price elsewhere. When on promotion they are relatively good price. I shop there instead of BabyCity/Baby Factory etc... simply because of their $10 voucher per $200 spent. But no longer. Product variety: Have some exclusive products. Everything is fine and dandy until the money leaves your pocket. After that you're on your own. They make it very difficult and mentally draining to get any after sales support Customer services: most staff members are nice - just one guy (a supervisor no less) is extremely rude and disrespectful. Hence the 1 star. I will never shop there again unless it is one of the exclusive products other stores don't have.

   Prices are good, but that's about it. Spent over $6k there and couldn't get a single person to help me install the baby carseat. When I finally got hold of someone (while waiting a while with the baby), they only checked if it was installed right but didn't help checking the baby's position, etc. Staff lack knowledge of what they are selling. You ask questions on brands and they only tell you what sells the most, but that doesn't mean it's the best option. For example, first time parents will often not know that carseats are more comfortable than baby capsules... Or that strollers and prams of brand X are better than brand Y. Not to mention that after installing the carseat by myself, had to take the rubbish with me which was a nightmare since the car was already full. Had a faulty item, took it to the store and the staff member told me I'd have to call the manufacturer myself. They made the call and handed over the phone to me. Something that I could've done at home. Had my baby with me which made it all harder. They ended up giving me a brand new item but they could've handled the call themselves.

   I was very excited when Babybunting first came to NZ, as I had shopped twice online with Babybunting AU. However, I have been shocked by their poor customer communication service. I ordered a stroller in-store, but there was no current stock. The staff who served me said I could choose pick up or delivery when the new stock arrived at the store. I chose delivery and provided them with my address. Last Friday, they called me to inform that the stroller was already in-store and I could come to pick it up. I informed them for the second time that I preferred delivery and confirmed my address once again. The staff assured me they would email the tracking number. However, there has been no update until this morning (6 days later). When I called them this morning, they asked me if I wanted to pick up in-store or have it delivered again. The staff member who answered my call didn't apologize at all and hung up the phone before I finished all my question. It is now 2:40 pm, and I still haven't received the tracking number. I hope I won't need to call them again and repeat for the fourth time that I prefer delivery over picking up. I just can't believe their customer service so unprofessional

   Highly recommended Baby hunting store, also I would like to say big thanks to Weiwei. I just a walked in customer, it was my first time to visit baby bunting. Weiwei approached to me immediately and showed me lots of useful products knowledge and also shared with me her own experiences as a mum. Even I didn’t buy anything at that day, but she still provided her best service and gave me lots of advice. So I decided to return to make final purchase after 2 weeks. Absolutely I will come back again for the future purchase and also I will introduce baby bunting store to my friends: nice environment store, friendly staff and reasonable price!
