   Not sure if under new management as we used to consistently get good pizzas from here. We had a terrible experience a month ago pizza’s had no base sauce and next to no toppings. Basically nearly inedible. Thinking it was a one off we made the mistake of ordering 3 pizzas again….these were worse!!! Dry base with no sauce hardly any toppings at all. The slices looked like they were sliced by a 2 year old they were such different sizes. These last 2 orders were the worst pizzas we have ever had just disgusting! If this is a regular occurrence I’m shocked they are still in business! We will never go back!

   We've been having pizza for as a easy dinner for years now.. but these last 2 times has been absolutely horrible the 1st time there was no tomato paste on the pizzas 2nd time we got no barbecue sauce on the top like we normally do and the pizza was dry like leather lack of toppings horrible cutting. Would not recommend coming here at all.

   To avoid disappointment do not order from Silverdale Pizza Hut .. Such a let down we had this pizza delivered by deliverease which were great and on time. Kids were starving and had to eat something but have to show this! See pics.. If this is acceptable it’s a joke! minimal toppings - minimal cheese Rip off If you want decent pizza order from Vino Orewa.

   We collected 4 x pizzas (1 had been made wrong and so had an extra wait ) when we got them home I have never seen such bad pizzas, a chicken and bacon bbq deluxe had no bacon very little chicken and a squirt of bbq sauce, the children’s pizzas had no sign of sauce, although each slice had pepperoni and the gf classic veg had a lot of crust without filling on. We should have returned but it was too far and we were hungry after a long day out. Would not go back to this outlet

   My friend and I went to a restaurant and ordered The Limo 1 Metre Pizza with 3 flavors and 2 sides. Despite the busy time, the staff was very friendly. They were handling both pick-up and delivery orders, but we decided to dine in. The staff members were still smiling and our order was prepared quickly and served fresh. We enjoyed our meal, although we couldn't finish the entire 1 metre pizza. The staff kindly provided us with a small box to take the leftovers home. We appreciate the excellent customer service and delicious pizza. Keep up the good work!

   We spent over a hundred bucks on dinner tonight .we live 3 minutes away . Our pizzas were cold , stuck to the lids ,oily and not fresh at all . We asked for our squashed ones to be replaced , before we started eating sadly or we would of said come pick the lot up and give us a refund . After an hour our new pizzas arrived with the delivery guy saying it wasn't his fault 5 pizzas and 4 sides and 2 drinks had all been squashed into one bag . Anyway new pizzas still bloody cold . Won't be ordering again . Only gave 1 star because I couldn't post without .

   Box was squashed, Garlic Bread was squashed, pizza was cold. Don't order on a friday night....got it. Didn't taste very nice at all either. Usually pretty good.

   Have had the odd overly oily pizza from here, but generally the quality is good. On a particularly busy night during the storms the store was packed and stressful and I had to go in to uplift some forgotten items from our delivery order, but the staff were very polite and apologetic. However did notice a delivery girl asking another member of staff where the other items for her delivery were, and was told to deliver it as is, which would surely create more issues for the staff when the deliveries were completed.

   This is what I got only after I rang to complain and took the pizzas back to the store. In my moment of anger I forgot to take photos of our first order but I can tell you it looked nothing like the photos posted. So disappointed. I was told it would only take 10 minutes to remake my order as I had hungry children and I was stood in the store for 30 minutes!!!!! Absolutely disgusting
