   We were served by the most monotone and unhappy worker. Throwing the wrong stuff on our orders, didn’t ask us what we wanted. Had to stop them from putting wrong ingredients on our nachos and burrito. Used to love this place but since they started working there it’s not been great. Burnt our nachos because they forgot about them in cooker. Customer service was awful

   Excellent experience! The customer service was fantastic — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I had the jalapeño chicken quesadilla, and it was made perfectly — flavourful, well-balanced, and delicious. Highly recommend this place for both great food and great service!

   I recently visited this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience for my group. The Mexican food was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   The food was fine. I met an old friend for lunch on Friday August 29. We spent about 1 hr and 10 min there. What really pissed me off was that I got a $65 ticket fine for parking there. It said I overstayed at the car park or not validating my car. What a crab experience with this parking bullshit! Nobody should come to this restaurant if this is how they treat their paying customers.

   The food is average, not too bad. The store is very big but suggest takeway, because parking at the door cannot exceed 30 minutes, otherwise you will receive a $65 fine. No one will tell you, but you will get a ticket a week later.

   The guy blasted through this service, failing to ask or listen to my preferences. I have about 20 jalapeños on my taco salad, when I usually like to request just half a dozen, but I got tired of correcting his assumptions of my order. Also the other sauces weren’t available, with no alternatives offered, so I just have sour cream. I understand that they are busy, but if you just take a bit more care; it will actually make the process a whole lot easier quicker and smoother :)

   Cannot stress this enough. Don’t waste your time. Completely unengaged staff, not interested in their workplace, product or even living by the looks of things. Served by an extremely rude and distracted Indian man who had head phones in (?!). Worst Mexican we’ve ever experienced and the atmosphere was a sad empty space. “Mexican” fries? Which part? Awful. Tv wasn’t working and was on the main menu (?!) love a rogue franchisee! 0/10 *edit* hair found in food. Leaving very unhappy and hungry. Yuck ✅✅ *second edit* the same guy couldnt figure out how to refund me by card, so gave me cash, which came out of his own wallet to which I have realised he refunded me the wrong amount. Legitimately perplexed at how this place keeps the lights on

   The foods good, I usually get the taco salad as it's so filling. Just wish there a bit more meat without having to get the double meat. The Mexican drinks are awesome, they used to sell Ben and jerries. I only got it twice so guessing it just didn't sell too well. Fast and friendly service team. Don't see the same people much, think they must have a rotating roster or something.
