   “Caution: Desperation zone.” Saw this bold little sticker outside a completely unrelated pizza place. If your crust is really that special, why try so hard to convince everyone else? Maybe spend more time perfecting the pizza making and less time policing the sidewalk.

   We’ve been regulars at your place for a while now and usually love your pizzas – they’re consistently made close to perfection. But this time, unfortunately, our order really missed the mark. The dough was unusually tough and too thin in the center, making it hard to enjoy. The toppings were also way less than what we’re used to – the whole pizza felt like it was made by a first-time baker, which was disappointing given the high standard you usually deliver. Just thought we’d let you know as loyal customers who genuinely enjoy your food and service. Hope this was just a one-off and things are back to your usual quality next time.

   Placed an order at 5:19 with an expected delivery of 5:50. Order did not arrive until 6:57. An entire hour and a half later. we live 10 minutes drive away & have been ordering pizza every Saturday for well over a year. This has happened once or twice before but now its just too much. I don't want to have to start ordering from another store but I believe I now will have to.
