   Bought a lovely dress for my wife and she loved it. The quality is good. Nice shop with pretty clothes and accessories. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices can be a bit high, but it’s worth it for special outfits

   My mother and I came here last week and the first girl that served us was lovely! We asked her to put a skirt on hold for us because we wanted to have a look around before we bought it. We told them that we would be back within the hour. After about 20 minutes we went back to the store and asked to buy the skirt. We noticed that the girl who initially served us was looking for it in the back and was there for a while. She then came out with nothing in her hands and went to the rack that they were displayed on. She told us that someone wanted to try it on. My mother and I were both confused and annoyed as it was on hold, and it was for my engagement party. We told another girl (that was checking us out at the counter) that it shouldn’t of happened. The manager was next to her began to give us attitude and stare at us. Something that I have noticed is, whenever I go into that store, it has such a terrible vibe, and I’m pretty sure it’s because of that manager. He never greets people, and never asks customers if they need any help, not only that he has such a bad attitude. I hardly go into this store because of him, and I probably won’t go there again. Maybe you should have a change in management.

   I'm not normally one to leave reviews but I can't help but post about this as I don't know where else to go. I feel very disappointed with the service and attitude from the manager, James I think? I stayed in store for a little while to observe and noticed the way that he speaks to his coworkers when no one is around. He is very rude and have noticed how stressed the girls seem whenever he is around. The attitude he gives definitely kills the vibe of the store and certainly makes me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The poor girls work so hard and are always so polite and helpful to me and I just think its such a shame the way that he treats them.
