   My wife made a mistake and placed the wrong order online. When it was delivered, I initially thought it was their fault and called to complain. After realising the error was ours, I explained the situation to the staff. They were extremely polite and immediately offered to remake the correct pizza, free of charge! Truly outstanding customer service. You have my highest recommendation!

   Absolutely love Domino’s Long Bay! Every time I order from this store, the experience is top-notch. The store is always spotless — super clean and well-kept, which gives you confidence that everything’s being made in a hygienic environment. The pizza is consistently fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. It’s clear they pay attention to detail, and that kind of consistency is rare these days. On top of that, the customer service is awesome — the team is friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. Whether I’m picking up or getting delivery, the service is smooth and professional. Highly recommend this location if you’re after great food and even better service. Keep it up, Domino’s Long Bay!

   One of the worst fast food I ever bought. Look at these baby chicken nibbles, it’s just a joke guys. I specifically included wedges to show you the size. I don’t even know where I can find such mini size chicken nibbles. The pizza is cut recklessly uneven, that’s fine I can do it myself, but the pizza base is freaking cold guys!! Are you selling cardboard or something? Not even want to mention your potato wedges are not fully cooked!! They are still soft and soggy like overnight food! Disgusting!!

   Absolutely disgusting customer service, quite possibly the worst Store Manager. Choose any other dominos, an order here takes 1 1/2 hours and lose the order during delivery twice then arrived cold.

   The last few times we’ve ordered now they’ve forgot the swirl which is super annoying- this time they even forgot the base sauce?? Only realised when we got home and it was already cold. Really disappointed as the first time we ordered from here the service was great and now it’s consistently bad. It’s a shame as the owner is super nice but now it seems to be run by people who don’t care? Would really like to have this resolved

   Domino’s Long Bay always make exceptional pizzas. I’m a regular here and the they’re consistently good. The staff are super friendly and my orders are always ready on time. Would highly recommend!

   Disgusting, Barely any toppings or cheese on pizza's parts only had sauce. I rang complained they sent new pizza's which were exactly the same. Don't waste your time or money here. Get your pizza from Pizza hut Browns bay they are amazing there.
